The undersigned hereby certifies that, as of the date hereof, he has received no
answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Monthly Interim Application of Pachulski

Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP ("PSZJ") as Counsel to Debtors and Debtors in Possessionfor
Compensation for Services Rendered and Reimbursement of Expenses Incurred for the Period

June 1, 2009 through June 30, 2009 (Docket No. 701) (the "Application") fied on July 31,2009.
The undersigned further certifies that he has reviewed the Court's docket in this case and no

answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Application appears thereon. Pursuant to

the Notice of Application, objections to the Application were to be fied and served no later than
August 20, 2009.
