STATUS REPORT ON PREFERENCE ACTIONS


The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, on behalf of the Chapter 11
estates of Pacific Energy Resources Ltd., et al., as plainitff (the Plaintiff) in the abovecaptioned adversary proceedings (the Adversary Proceedings), respectfully submits the
following status report (the Status Report), current as of October 28, 2010.
Plaintiff commenced 57 Adversary Proceedings during August 2010. As of
October 28, 2010, Plaintiff has resolved and dismissed 10 of the Adversary Proceedings. This
Status Report provides the status of the remaining Adversary Proceedings.
