P. 9019 RECOGNIZING THE LIEN OF RELATIONAL, LLC ON CERTAIN OF THE DEBTORS REMAINING FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT AND REMITTING CERTAIN SALE PROCEEDS TO THE DEBTORS ESTATE TO COUNSEL TO RELATIONAL, LLC, RELATIONAL, LLC, ALL KNOWN CREDITORS AND PARTIES IN INTEREST, AND THE OFFICE OF THE UNITED STATES TRUSTEE: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, upon the application (the Application) of Yann Geron (the Trustee), chapter 7 trustee of the estate of Thelen LLP, the above-captioned debtor (the Debtor), for an order, to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9019, approving a stipulation dated August 31, 2010 (the Stipulation), between the Trustee and Relational, LLC (Relational), an equipment leasing company that is the holder of a Master Lease Agreement and Schedules with Thelen, and is the titled owner of certain equipment that remained on the Debtors premises on the Petition Date, pursuant, (i) acknowledging Relationals lien on certain furniture and equipment (the Equipment), (ii) providing that Relational will remit to the Trustee 20% of the net proceeds from Relationals sale of the Equipment, (iii) resolving any disputes regarding ownership of the Equipment, and (iv) providing for the payment of expenditures related to the Equipment since the Petition Date, not to exceed $6,500; a hearing will be held on the 19th day of October, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard (the Hearing), before the Honorable Allan L.
