Automotive Electrical Simulator


Automotive Mechatronics Order No. E-WI079 This training aid is electrically equivalent to a standard motor car and provides an ideal means of instruction and training in all aspects of automotive electrical systems. This simulator is designed for maximum accessibility, making it easy to demonstrate to students for the working functions of the various components. In all electrical aspects the simulator behaves like a standard motor car and normal test procedures may be carried out as on a car. The electrical units have faults built into them, each one controlled by a switch on the fault panels. An 18V voltmeter, 60A ammeter, electronic tachometer and charge indicator are fitted to the control panel. The standard training aid carries the basic electrical equipment used on many vehicles but many of our training aids are manufactured to customers individual specifications. Open circuit and high resistance faults are included on these trainers to aid diagnostic training. Testing of these Ignition Trainers can be carried out in the same manner as if still fitted to the original vehicle. Useful aid for demonstrating primary and secondary ignition patterns. Cutaway Model Hybrid Car TOYOTA Prius


Alternative Energy Order No. E-HC1103 Description: This is a cut-away model of an automobile chassis called "Hybrid System Car". The model is sectioned to show its components, parts and the operation mechanism. Students can easily understand and observe the automotive mechanism, such as engine generator, motor, reduction gear and drive shaft. 2 different types of power sources, gasoline engine and 3-phase AC electric motor, are operable and the operation is displayed on the rear panel.
