Abstract :In India,69% Population Lives in Villages ,Where the main occupation of the villagers is Agriculture.Agriculture contribute 28.6% of the total GDP.Problem arises to the villagers when there is less rain fall or delay in mansoon occur. At that time what maximum farmer do,they just wait for the rain as there is no other occupation .Well there are increasing number of Farmers who have tube well connection which helps in tackling these problem, but these number are very less and not sufficient at all. Jeevika is the organization which will provide the farmer ,occupation at the time of draught or when they are free from their regular agricultuaral work(at the time of Summer).Jeevika will work as intermidiate body between the villagers and the business oragization who sell handicrafts. Second mejor point is ,most of the farmer takes crops once a year ,rest of the year whole agriculture land remain unused and also man power or human skill remain unutilised.

Jeevika

Neccessity of the Business plan : Uncertainity of the wether every year create huge demographic, economical and social problem for the village ,Still IMD(India Meteorological Department) is not able to predict the correct forecast of the current year. Uncertainty in rain create a lot of trouble for the farmers , and bad crop results in the following major problem : Economy of farmer depend on the agriculture crop , so loss in the crop worsen the condition. Bad economic condition results in bad social life , people are forced to leave the village in search of job . Children have to leave the school because family is leaving the place Economically poor family face the problem of malnutrition ,which also produces number of decease in the child as well as mother(India has highest child mortality rate in the world) Social instability ,increases the number of crimes like ,rape, murder, theft. It will also raise health problem to the villagers. Ultimately we can say it affect the countrys growth as village are the major part of the India. What is Jeevika Jeevika is the intermediate organization which provide jobs to the villagers at their free time. Village people have man power but the main problem for them is ,they do know What to make? How to make? Who will provide the raw material? Where we will sell the finished good? What will be the prize of the good? Which product is in demand? Here the main work of Jeevika comes into the picture. #What will Jeevika Do? Search for the market demand Provide training to the villagers Provide raw material for the goods It will provide the place to work It will sell the finished good in the market

# Revenue Generation : Revenue in these business completely depends on how many customer purchase the products.Well stating the current market scenario the selling price of the handicraft products are much higher the original price of the good. So here considering average price of the product ,revenue will be atleast double of what the input is ,that is around 60 lakh-65 lakh Rs on the investment of 30 lakh Rs. # Break Even Calculation :
35000000 30000000 25000000 20000000 15000000 10000000 5000000 0 1 4 8 12 16 20 month month month month month month Return Investment

Monthly investment=500000

Monthly Revenue =1000000 Initial investment=3000000 Break Even Point = 6 month # SWOT Analysis Strength : Strong CSR part Integration of business and social responsibility High Customer demand Easily available man work in villages. High revenue as raw material is available at cheaper rate Opportunity : Growing demand in these sector Increasing Uncertainty in Monsoon will create better sense for the B plan Government allowance as working for the development of the village Available raw material in cheap rate Weakness : Little difficult to convince village people about it importance Initial investment

Threat : Growing competition can reduces the CSR part. Competition may lead to stoppage of the business as the labour wages will increase in the case of competition
