We havent defined how you should interview young people! The most important is that every city uses the same questions in the research questionnaire and get the answers so we can produce the content for the different activities mentioned above. The content is also very useful to blog the progress of the project. Below are some of examples of how you can interview young people, but please do share methods you plan to use in your city! Invite speakers to a public event and select some of the questions from each section and take notes of the debate Organise a local meeting and use the questions to stimulate group discussion and take notes of the debate Organise a local meeting and get members to interview each other with the questions Interview young people face-to-face, by email, or even by audio/video if you have the tools Identify groups/organisations working with young people and ask if you come to their meetings to interview the young people Interview groups/organisations working with young people Send out the research questionnaire to your members and ask them who would like a more detailed interview

Precarious work situation can be defined as either unemployment, involuntary part time work or temporary work. Other creative activities to collect content on each of the questions above could include:
Create a poem about the issues (how it feels being out of work, how to find a job, how to make a living): Each person submits two lines that rhyme, we connect up the different submissions to turn them into a poem. You can scribble it down however it comes to you. It can rhyme or not, have stanzas or not. If you dont know where to start, press your pen to the page and just let your hand move. Create a fictional Facebook / Twitter feed that show how people are coping or tackling the issues. It can be everyday people or even leaders like this example.

Go on a tour of your neighbourhood and take pictures of objects/buildings/people that represent what it feels like to be out of work / new ways to make a living Doodle a day in the life of making a living. Create a doodle that tells us about a person, group, object, or idea that you think shows the future in how young people can make a living. The doodle can be as broad or as specific as you wish. It can be about something unusual, something specific or something much more abstract. Create a collage of the objects or images that represent new ways that young people can make a living Write 140 characters about your feelings on youth unemployment Find songs/videos/animations/cartoons about precarity, work or unemployment. Submit them and well create a playlist
