Introduction
Normalizer Transformation in Informatica.
We can filter rows in a mapping with the Filter transformation. We pass all the rows from a source transformation through the Filter transformation, and then enter a Filter condition for the transformation. All ports in a Filter transformation are input/output and only rows that meet the condition pass through the Filter Transformation

Step-3 Give information like Repository Name and Username. Then click on ok button and repository created successfully.
Step-4 Now connect repository. Right click on newly created repository and click on connect.
Creating Folder.
Step-1 Go to Informatica Power Center Repository Manager and click on Folder Menu and click on Create.
Step-2 Specify Name of Folder, Description, Owner, OS Profile, Options, Status and got to permissions tab.
Step-1 Click on Start -> All Programs -> Informatica 9.0.1 -> Client -> Power Center Client -> Power Center Designer..
Step-2 Then Connect to Repository in Informatica Power Center Designer Right click on repository name and click on Connect.
Step-3 Go to Tools Menu and click on Source Analyzer to import source table. And then go to Sources Menu in Informatica Power Center Designer.
Step-4 And then select Source menu and click on Import from database
Step-5 Specify Username, Owner name, password and then connect. Then select source table and click OK.
Step-6 View data in source analyzer, Right click on Store Table and select Preview Data.
Step-7 Specify Username and Password and connect it. Then Close it.
Step-8 Apply Step-6 to Step-7 to view data of all table. Step-9 Now click on Target Designer. Step-10 And then select Target menu and click on Import from database to import target table.
Step-11 Specify Username, Owner name, password and then click on connect and then select table and then OK.
Step-12 To view data select table and Right click on the table and select Preview Data.
Step-2 Then drag and drop source and target table in Mapping Designer.
Step-3 Then Create transformation, First Create Source Qualifier Transformation for (Customer, Customer_Type, Region and Territory).
Step-5 This is Source Qualifier Transformation for Customer, Customer_Type, Region and Territory table.
Step-6 Then Create Normalizer Transformation, Select Normalizer Transformation and Drop into Mapping Designer Window.
Step-8 Then go to Normalizer tab, add column, specify name, data type. and then click Apply and OK.
Step-9 Then apply mapping for Source Qualifier to Normalizer table for Input column and output column to Target Table column.
Step-10 Then, Create Source Qualifier Transformation for (Brand, Category, Packaging, Products).
Step-12 This is Source Qualifier Transformation for Brand, Category, Packaging and Products table.
Step-13 Then Create Normalizer Transformation. Select Normalizer Transformation and Drop into Mapping Designer Window.
Step-15 Then go to Normalizer tab, add column, specify name, data type. and then click Apply and OK.
Step-16 Then apply mapping for Source Qualifier to Normalizer table for Input column and output column to Target Table column.
Step-19 This is Source Qualifier Transformation for Store and Store_Region table.
Step-20 Then Create Normalizer Transformation. Select Normalizer Transformation and Drop into Mapping Designer Window.
Step-22 Then go to Normalizer tab, add column, specify name, data type. and then click Apply and OK.
Step-23 Then apply mapping for Source Qualifier to Normalizer table for Input column and output column to Target Table column.
Step-26 This is Source Qualifier Transformation for Supplier and Supplier_Type table.
Step-27 Then Create Normalizer Transformation. Select Normalizer Transformation and Drop into Mapping Designer Window.
Step-29 Then go to Normalizer tab, add column, specify name, data type. and then click Apply and OK.
Step-30 Then apply mapping for Source Qualifier to Normalizer table for Input column and output column to Target Table column.
Step-31 Then create transformation, First Create Source Qualifier Transformation for (Employee, Department).
Step-34 Then Create Normalizer Transformation. Select Normalizer Transformation and Drop into Mapping Designer Window.
Step-36 Then go to Normalizer tab, add column, specify name, data type. and then click Apply and OK.
Step-37 Then apply mapping for Source Qualifier to Normalizer table for Input column and output column to Target Table column.
Step-38 Then create transformation, First Create Source Qualifier Transformation for (Customer, Products, Store, Supplier, Employee, Supplier_Billing, Supplier_Billing_Details).
Step-40 This is Source Qualifier Transformation Customer, Products, Store, Supplier, Employee, Supplier_Billing, Supplier_Billing_Details tables.
Step-41 Then Create Normalizer Transformation, Select Normalizer Transformation and Drop into Mapping Designer Window.
Step-43 Then go to Normalizer tab, add column, specify name, data type. And then click Apply and OK.
Step-44 Then apply mapping for Source Qualifier to Normalizer table for Input column and output column to Target Table column.

CREATE WORKFLOW
Step-1 Now go to Informatica Power Center Designer Navigator, Click on Mapping Designer then right click on mapping designer windows and select Generate Workflow.
Step-3 Select as Integration Service and Connection Object, Then Specify name of workflow and session and then click Next Button.
Step-3 Select Folder and Connect to Folder then open the folder..
Step-5 Right click on Workflow Designer window and select Start Workflow.
Step-7 Check session log, Right click on Session and select Get Session Log
Step-8 Now view data in Target RDBMS (Oracle 11g) DIM_CUSTOMER DATA
