1. In main tank combine ingredients of phase I, homogenize for 15 minutes and heat to 75*C. 2. In a side container, add ingredients of phase II with mixing and heat to 75*C (pH < 5.5 before adding to the water phase with Citric Acid 25%). 3. Once target temp. is reached, set speed on high and slowly add phase II (in parts) to main. 4. Once both phases are combined begin force cool and switch to propeller mixing. 5. At 50*C or below, add phase III one at a time.
