INTRODUCTION SCENARIO As we all are trained soldiers, we need to do a lot of tabbing such as 8 miler, 30 miler etc, and exercises, with all the heavy bergans and kits, we need enrgy to keep us going. For this what do you think we need? Correct chocolate bar. it gives us a quick energy supply when we are tired. THEREFORE THE TITLE OF MY LESSON IS CHOCLATE BAR. NEED It is very essential to know this as we are all in army we have to go to exercise and tabbings so it will be great advantage if you have the knowledge about it. OBJECTIVE The objective of my lesson is to teach about CHOCLATE BAR so that by the end of the lesson u will be able to state its ingredients and benifits REPEAT TWICE RANGE During my lesson I will be asking questions, when I ask u question do not shout out because I will nominate a particular person likewise if u have got any question do not shout out just raise your hand and I will help u there and then. There is no prcis and handout therefore u need to take note and I hope everybody have got something to write and write on however if u dont got any then I have some papers and pen do not hesitate to use it and there will be the end of lesson test. DEVELOPMENT:Lets move to the main lesson now.

Now lets talk about the ingredients in the chocolate and the benefit of it. The ingredient contain in the chocolate are:Protein Carbohydrate Fat Sugar Milk Lactose Protein It is one of a group of complex organic nitrogenous compounds formed from amino acids and occurring in every living cell of animal and vegetable tissue. Sources that we can found are from meat, poultry fish,cheese,eggs and milk The body becomes weak and body start eating its own muscle and tissue before eating fat and people become skinny and weak and bones brittle Carbohydrate Carbohydrate is a compound of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. In the body they are absorbed immediately and stored in the form of glycogen. The source are sugarcane, The lack of carbohydrate leads no energy and people will collapse down. It is like petrol to the car. Fat Fat is the adipose or fatty tissue of the body. The source that can be found are milk, animals fat, cheese, butter, cream, fish, yoghurt, Fat is very vital to our body because it provides 30% of energy to our body But bear in mind there is two kind of fat which are saturated(bad one)which raises the blood cholesterol ,and the other one is unsaturated fat(good one)which lowers blood cholesterol.. The fat that we have in the chocolate is the saturated. The disadvantage of fat are Too much of eating of fat leads to overweight.

Sugar Sugar is a group of sweet carbohydrates classified chemically as monosaccharide or disaccharides. The source that they can be found are sugarcane, milk The too much intake to sugar leads to diabetes, and to heart disease. Milk Milk is normally a nutrient fluid produced by the mammary gland of many animals for nourishment of young mammals. Milk contains protein, fats, carbohydrate, mineral salts, and water. Lactose Milk sugar consisting of glucose and galactose. The lack of lactose will lead towards the severe abdominal problem and diarrhoea. Any question in my whole lesson CONSOLIDATION SUMMARY: Summary is that it is very essential to know about the ingredient of the bar so that you can have the knowledge about its benefit.
