The Construction Manager is responsible for coordination of all communications between the contractor and government team. This position will provide daily inspection and oversight of the contractors work in accordance with government design drawings, specifications and criteria and national, state and local codes, regulations and authorities. Additional responsibilities include processing and routing of RFIs, Submittals, Monitoring contractors schedule performance, and developing scopes of work, estimates, and documents necessary to manage the change order process.
