We decided to develop an online project manager software solution that will help manager to manage tasks in an easy way. The system will move all the traditional boring methods of tracing projects into an electronic self-directed way. The system will offer flexibility to the user, he or she can access it any time and from any place that have an internet access. Also, the system will use the E-mails method that everybody is using to inform work teams with new issues. The users can define projects, tasks, resources and anything related to the project and can monitor the progress of any project he is responsible of. We intend to produce high quality software, with lower cost and delivering it in time. Where another benefits can be gained like the ability to produce reusable components, the ability to modify and extend the software in easier manner, and produce good functionality with high professional interfaces. Aims : 1- Helping manger to take right decision at right time 2- Manger can monitor work progress in a simple way 3- Keeping track of organization resources, and know when each resource will be available. 4- Monitor project expenses; track any type of expense such as people, materials, equipment and office expenses. 5- Helping to distribute resources among projects to reach balance, this will help to finish project in time within budget. 6- The ability to keep everyone involved in a project current on updates and changes using auto mail.
