major dimensions of your life. Each of the four sessions in this course is devoted to one dimension:

This first session focuses on success. That includes

your money, job, profession or career, and the material


possessions you wish to have in your life.

The second session focuses on your health. That includes

your body-physical fitness, energy, and stress levels-and your emotional, mental, and spiritual health.
The third session focuses on your relationships-family, friends, and professional relationships. The fourth session focuses on your personal

growth-

emotional, mental, and spiritual growth, as well as the development of your skills, insights, and wisdom.

In these four sessions you will have the opportunity to develop, integrate, and harmonize aII of your goals, examining the overall ecology of your life to make sure that all of your values, characteristics, and talents are enhanced by your life-transformins breakthrough goal.

Defoxify your sysfem
Detoxifying your body can be an uncomfortable and daunting
experience, one many people resist. However, fasting or doing a

healthful body cleanse one day a week or even once a month can be beneficial on more than just the physical level. Detoxification
also occurs in terms of your emotions.

It can help you let go of old

fears and release negative emotions or pain from your past.

Go beyond the germ lheory


Disease is not so much about gerrns, viruses, and bacteria but

about what the energy in your body is doing at a particular moment

to cause those germs and viruses to expand and attack your body.

The word disease means "out of a state of ease." Illness serves as an opporturnity to ask yourself "How did
