Sri / Smt. / Kum. BOJUGU SATHEESHU bearing Reg. No. 29101989 a candidate for the post of Industrial Promotion Officer in A..P. Industries Sub-Service (General Recruitment) notified vide Commissions Notification No.29/2011, dated.27.12.2011 is hereby informed that on the basis of results of Written Examination held on 06.05.2011, he/she is qualified provisionally for admission for certificate verification to be held at 10.00 AM on 14.12.2012 at the Office of the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission, Prathibha Bhavan, M.J.Road, Nampally, Hyderabad-500 001.

He / She is therefore directed to attend for verification of Certificates on 14.12.2012 at 10:00 AM along with the following Original Certificates and one set of Photostat copies duly attested together with filled-in Attestation forms signed by Gazetted Officer. I. Date of Birth (SSC or its equivalent) in support of Minimum / Maximum age as on 01/07/2011. II. Integrated Community Certificate (issued by the concerned Tahsildar/M.R.O./R.D.O). III. Creamy Layer exemption certificate from Revenue authorities for BC candidates only, as per G.O.Ms.No.3, BC Welfare (C2) Dept., dt. 04/04/2006 who claim reservation under BC Community. IV. Study Certificates from IV class to X class if studied in school or Residence certificate for 7 years prior to appearing in SSC, if appeared for SSC as a private candidate. V. Evidence of Qualifications prescribed for the post possessed as on the date of notification i.e., 27.12.2011. (As per Para 2 of Notification No.29/2011) wherever applicable VI. Service Certificate/Any other certificate in respect of age relaxation claimed. VII. Hall ticket for the written examination in original. VIII Attestation forms with photos in duplicate duly filled in by the candidate and attested by . the Gazetted Officer. IX. 3 Latest Passport Size photos. X. The OH Candidates are required to attend for medical examination before compitant medical board on a scheduled date. IMPORTANT:

i)The above Original Certificates should invariably be produced at the time of verification. No extension of time for production of any Original Certificates will be allowed for the reason whatsoever ii)a)If he/she does not submit Study Certificate at the time of verification, he/she will be treated as non-local. b)If he/she does not submit Community Certificate, he/she candidature will be treated as OC and c)If he/she does not submit the Diploma / Degree Certificate, his/her candidature will be rejected. iii)The candidate should download the Check list and Attestation Forms from the Commissions Website www.apspsc.gov and submit in duplicate at the time of verification duly filling up all the required particulars duly attested by a Gazetted Officer or a Member of Central or State Legislature. The candidate is also directed to affix his/her latest passport size photograph duly attested by a Gazetted Officer on the top of each attestation form. iv) In case of OH Candidates certificate relating to percentage of deformity or required The candidate must note that his/her admission to the certificate verification is purely provisional, subject to fulfillment of the conditions and other eligibility aspects with reference to the Commissions Notification No.29/2011. On verification, if the conditions laid down in the Notification No.29/2011 are not fulfilled by the candidate, his/her candidature for selection to the above post will be rejected. Sd/SECRETARY
