Method 1. Put the glass noodles into the warm water until they become soft. Take them out and cut them about 20 to 30 cm in length. (depend on the original length). Heat salad oil in pan. Cut ginger and garlic into very fine shape. 2. Add minced meat, ginger and garlic and fry evenly. Break up the meat. Put appropriate amount of water into the pot. 3. Add glass noodles and seasoning and stir well slowly (around 3 to 5 mins) 4. Toss over spring onion and mix well. When the soup is almost finish absorbing by the glass noodle. Turn off the fire. (You will observe that the noodles become a little bit transparent)
