Chelsea and Chloe Gubecka travelled to Sydney and came back with a swag of medals. Kareena Lee had a taste of Hawaii when she competed at the Junior Pan Pacic Championships. Our State qualiers represented the Makos at the Queensland Short Course Championships at Chandler with great success. Both our junior and senior swimmers performed great at the Wide Bay Short course Championships at our very own Mountain Creek Aquatic Complex. Well done to all, we are now looking forward to he new club night season and we wish good luck to our swimmers competing at national, state and regional level meets next month!
We hope you all enjoy this issue and we welcome your feedback!

Club Uniforms
Wearing the club uniform gives all swimmers a sense of pride and team unity. It is requested that all swimmers wear club togs at swim meets as well as the club cap. We do, however, understand that in certain swim meets special race suits may be preferred but we do ask that you wear the club togs during warmup to promote team spirit. Our club has a great range of club gear which can be purchased from our Uniform Co-ordinator Maree Harrison. Parents, there are also club shirts available for you! Maree can be contacted via email at
