Introduction
Agricultural technology and employment both have a reverse impact on each other. India ranks second worldwide in farm output. Agriculture and allied sectors like forestry, logging and fishing etc. Agricultural sector is the mainstay of the rural Indian economy. The Indian Agricultural sector provides employment to about 65% of the labor force they have implemented new technologies which are not only "cost effective" but also "in conformity" with natural climatic region of the country. The Indian economy is mainly dependent on agriculture, which contributes 21% to the countrys capital GDP and 60 % percent of employment potential. India made rapid strides in food production during last three decades culminating in self-sufficiency and surplus production.

(Chapter # 1) Background
Through this research I will express the further improved and advance techniques and plans to carry out agriculture in rainless areas like Rajasthan and rural areas because of the climatic conditions of India it can be prevented through advance technologies and employed labors. Different studies and researches explore different ideas and plans to prevent through this disaster. This research can add-up more knowledge into agricultural techniques and plans in rural and rainless areas of India to become stronger in agricultural sector.

1.1) Statement of the problem

I am going to conduct this research by my own and in this research I am finding out the better agricultural techniques and plans to further exceed agriculture in non-rainfall areas through different models and plans and my target are those people who are interested in agricultural activates or interested in.

1.2) Research Question

The research questions which will further lead my research towards better possible ways to carry out the solution of the problems because of which this research is generated.

What are the facts and development techniques that may affect agriculture in none or less rainfall areas?

1.3) Purpose of Study

The intention of this research is to exceed more agricultural activities in rural areas and expected to increase their GDP and employment chances in India along with that they can make stronger economy by implementing more advance techniques and technology.

1.4) Scope of the research

This research is helpful for agricultural development sector as well as it is helpful for Indian higher authorities to prepare funds effectively for these rural areas by the help of this study they can efficiently set their future plans, expectations to conserve water or different resources to provide these essential resources when it is needed in this rural areas.

1.5) Limitations of research

Natural disaster and climatic conditions or land fertility can also be the barrier for the limitation of this research but through advance technology whether It is impossible to stop these natural disaster with the help of this study somehow they can prevent their agricultural products as much as they can. The major limitation to this research project is the limited amount of time within the course semester.

(Chapter # 2) Literature Review (Chapter # 3) Research Methodology and Procedure

Chapter 3 describes the methodology that is used to provide the data to investigate them. The aim of this data is to ensure that the correct and appropriate procedure has followed:

3.1) Research Approach

Two main research approaches are available to choose in order to conduct a research. Qualitative research involves collection of data by interviews, related noted, FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions), Observations. Result of these types of research is in narrative form while on the other hand Quantitative research involves structured, reliable, validated data sources. Analysis of such researches involves establishing statistical relationship. This research is conducted by using Qualitative Research Method. Through the study of published documents and conducting interviews with people related to the sector or interested in agricultural sector.

3.2) Research Sampling

For this thesis research dissertation convenience sampling is used and total sample size is 50 for survey along with that I will also conduct survey through online polling and questionnaire. Different interested people in agricultural sector will be treated as sample. Because Karachi is included in biggest city and people from different cultures and provinces may also be interested in agriculture.

3.3) Data Collection

The data collection is the significant part of the methodology. In this research i will collect primary data through interviews and questionnaire. I will also collect the secondary data in terms of published documents.

3.4) Research Instrument

The research instrument to convey this research is sampling through questionnaire by locally and over the internet on different sites to get more reliable and perfect to get appropriate, legal and maximum quality of responses for my research.
