Introduction
Agricultural technology and employment both have a reverse impact on each other. India ranks second worldwide in farm output. Agriculture and allied sectors like forestry, logging and fishing etc. Agricultural sector is the mainstay of the rural Indian economy. The Indian Agricultural sector provides employment to about 65% of the labor force they have implemented new technologies which are not only "cost effective" but also "in conformity" with natural climatic region of the country. The Indian economy is mainly dependent on agriculture, which contributes 21% to the countrys capital GDP and 60 % percent of employment potential. India made rapid strides in food production during last three decades culminating in self-sufficiency and surplus production.

Through this research I will express the further improved and advance techniques and plans to carry out agriculture in rainless areas like Rajasthan and rural areas because of the climatic conditions of India it can be prevented through advance technologies and employed labors. Different studies and researches explore different ideas and plans to prevent through this disaster. This research can add-up more knowledge into agricultural techniques and plans in rural and rainless areas of India to become stronger in agricultural sector.
