iii) Interconnection of Unit 3 & 4 to Auxiliary Reservoir ( AR) and AR to Unit 3 & 4. This Price shall be apart from the Total Contract Price for the main Project at para a) above. c) The design and engineering, supply, construction, fabrication, erection and satisfactory commissioning of the Civil, Hydro mechanical and Electro mechanical works of the Power Plant will be completed within specified period considering the stipulated Milestones. d) Our Price Bid is for the full Scope of the Work and services as offered in our Technical Bid and subsequent conformations / clarifications furnished by us. Our Price Bid does not contain any deviations contrary to earlier commitments and confirmations furnished by us. e) We also agree to abide by the quoted rates for execution of a part of the entire Works if the same is split into two parts. We also conform to accept any of the part if awarded to us by the Owner when the entire Works is split into Parts and shall adhere to the Milestones stipulated and as applicable in that case. f) In case of being offered part package as mentioned above, in all stages as design, operation and commissioning the components falling in our per view, we shall take the other parties into picture. We shall not pass on any risks on this to the Owner. g) We further agree that we: i) have, prior to the effective date, satisfied ourselves regarding job site conditions, ingress and egress required to perform the Works adequately of the Project requirements, geological geo technical and hydro logical conditions associated with the Works. have included a contingency in the Contract Amount to cover all costs which may result from the risks assumed by us in this Bid form, including without limitations. a) The risks identified in the Works. b) Any alleged error, fault or defects in Project requirements information reviewed by us during Tender Process or other requirements of this Bid. c) Any other data which may be different from that presented in Bid documents, or any information made available by Owner to us during Tender process to the extent that such conditions could be foreseen by an experienced Contractor.

Waive all rights to claim, additional costs or additional time as a result of the assumptions of the risks assumed by us while preparing this Bid. We also further agree to carry out physical and other site studies before going into the detailed Design of the project components.

If we are awarded the part of the Works, we will design and construct the Power house / Civil works considering the requirements of the E & M Contractor / Civil Contractor as the case may be. ( Strike whichever is not applicable)

In the event our proposal is accepted, we agree to furnish a Bank Guarantee for Contract Performance in the manner prescribed and acceptable to TPC and for a sum equal to 15 % of Contract Price within seven days of receipt of Letter of Intent of issuance of Contract in our favour and at the time of signing of Contract.
