OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY To inspect, supervise all containers arriving at the port & ensure all tasks are reached the management requirement RELATIONSHIPS Internal : Direct Manager, Supervisors and colleagues External : Shipping Agent KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES To check sealing of all containers arriving at the Port Ensure quantities of products are counted accurately (when needed). To record and report on any damages of products in containers To record any samples taken by customs To witness the breaking of seal and re-sealing by the customs To supervise the Shipping Agents staff on the labeling of Tax labels for wine at the port To effectively communicate any operational issues to the Operations Inbound Supervisor To support warehouse operation required by the warehouse manager Other tasks are given by direct manager
