Dear Madam APPOINTMENT LETTER

With reference to your interview with Directors Name, MD of this Agency on Date. We pleased to appoint you as ( Post) in our organisation. The terms and conditions of this appointment, which have already been discussed and accepted by you, will be as under :Your date of joining will be on or before . You will initially be posted at our office at Pune; however, you are liable to be transferred to any department, office or establishment forming part of our organization or to any associate / subsidiary Companies in India depending upon the requirements of business.

2. Your pay will be Rs Salary (Rupees ) per month. This will include all statutory contribution (like PF, ESI, Gratuity etc made by the company on your behalf) if currently applicable to you or as and when it becomes applicable in future. All payments will be as per Companys policy and procedures, which are in force from time to time and will be subject to deduction of appropriate taxes at source. 3. Confirmation of your services is subjected to satisfactory performance during a probation period of 3 months. Your services would be deemed to be confirmed unless formally and specifically assessed otherwise by your immediate reporting authority. In extreme situations, the company reserves the right to terminate your services during the first month of these 3 months of probation without any notice or salary in lieu thereof or without assigning any reason.

4. Your employment can be terminated by either side upon giving 7 days written notice or salary in lieu thereof. You would be relieved subject to proper handing over as directed by your immediate superior and subjected to the following being provided to HR / Admin department: (a) (b) (c) Date of resignation Last working date Clearance certificate

It would be deemed that you have forfeited your services in case of 3 or more continuous working days of leave that has not being discussed / not been approved by your immediate superior or in case of failure to resume your duties on expiry of the duly authorized leave. Your service could be terminated with or without notice or salary in lieu thereof depending on the facts of the case. 6. Your performance and progress will be assessed and appraised as per the prescribed schemes of the performance appraisal / evaluation process or any other appropriate mechanism implemented by the Company in the form of compensation, incentive or any other payment would become payable provided you are on the rolls of the company at the time of disbursal of such amounts. 7. The appointment and its continuance are subject to your being medically fit.

You shall not, either during or after your employment with us divulge or utilize any confidential information belonging to the Company, which may have come to your knowledge, and you shall, both during and after your employment take all reasonable precautions to keep all such information secret. 9. You will not enter into any commitments or dealings on behalf of the Company for which you have no express authority nor alteration of any principle or policy of the Company or exceed the authority or discretion vested in you without the previous sanction of the Company or those in the authority over you. 10. You will not without our permission carry on any business or enter for any part of your time, in any capacity the services of, or be employed by, any other firm, Company or person. You will devote your whole time and attention to your duties to promote the interests of our organization.

11. If, at any time in our opinion, you are found guilty of dishonesty, disobedience, disorderly behavior, negligence, indiscipline or of any other conduct considered by us detrimental to the interest of the Company, or of violation of one or more terms in this letter, your services may be terminated without notice. Further, this appointment can be terminated by the Company without any notice or salary in lieu thereof, in the following cases: (a) Any incorrect information furnished by you or on suppression of an material information. (b) You being adjudge an insolvent or making a composition or agreement with our clients or being held guilty by component court of any offence involving moral turpitude. 12. You will abide by the rules, regulations and policies applicable to you, which are in force for the time being, or may be framed from time to time. This letter constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company relating to you employment by the Company. This appointment letter may be amended by a subsequent written agreement between you and the Company. Any dispute between you and the Company of whatsoever nature will be subject to the appropriate Court in Pune Jurisdiction Only. This offer remains valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issue. You are requested to sign this letter in acceptance of the terms and conditions contained therein and return the same before expiry of the validity period.
