Customer:Fortis has tie-up with most of corporate company both national and international. They give their services both VIP person and general patient. Fortis also give services to government employee.

Learning:I have learn ample of work .i.e. office work, how to manage patient accounts, how interact with customer, give satisfaction to customer, how communicate with associate. During my SIP I study on behavior of doctor while referring a patient. The study will offer suitable suggestion for the improvement of referring business so is to enable Fortis escort hospital to improve their performance.

Responsibility:My responsibilities for the duration of SIP are: To understand the office work. Handle the client Maintain the records of client and invoice bill. Solve the problem of client. Give suggestion to customer. Communicate with associate. Understand the behavior of doctor while referring a patient.

Project title:To Understanding referral business and determine ways to increase patient volume in hospital

Findings:The primary goal of my project to understand the behaviour of doctor. When they refer a patient. The following conclusion is given out:1. Most of Doctor says Good for Fortis services. 2. Doctor generally refer a patient according to the patient affordability. 3. Some facilities are not available in Fortis like liver transplant, kidney transplant and oncology services. 4. Most of Doctor Chose government hospital for refers a patient. 5. Generally doctor refers a patient to those doctors which they have better link. 6. Fortis is super speciality hospital that reason each people do not bear the charge of Fortis hospital.
