Government of Uttar Pradesh invites applications for the following posts
Name of Post Director (Finance) Director (P&A) Minimum Qualification C.A./ICWA/MBA(Finance) Graduation (Preferably MBA with specialization in Personnel Management or Equivalent) B. Tech or Equivalent in Electrical / Mechanical Telecommunication / Instrumentation Electronics/ Computer Engineering (MBA will be an added advantage.)

Director (Technical)

Minimum Experience For Director (Finance) : At least 15 yrs of Work Experience in Power Sector in relation to Corporate Financial Management & Accounts including Cost & Budgetary Control , Institutional Finance & Working Capital Management (with 5 yrs of experience in medium to large organizations at Senior Management levels).Internal candidates applying for the post must have worked at least 5 yrs on the post of Dy.General Manager and above. For Director (P&A) : At least 15 yrs of Work Experience in Power Sector dealing in various aspects of Human Resource Management (with 5 yrs of experience in medium to large organizations at Senior Management levels). Internal candidates applying for the post must have worked at least 5 yrs on the post of SE and above. For Director (Technical) : At least 15 yrs of Work Experience in Power Sector in relation to running, Operation & Maintenance, Construction & Commissioning of Thermal Power Plants (with 5 yrs of experience in medium to large organizations at Senior Management levels). Internal candidates applying for the post must have worked at least 5 yrs on the post of SE and above. Applicable Pay Scale : Rs. 67,000 - Rs. 79,000 with 3% Annual Increment along with DA & other allowances admissible as per rules. Tenure of Appointment : Subject to the terms & conditions issued by the Govt. of UP the tenure of appointment for the above posts will be for 3 yrs subject to the age of incumbent not being more than 62 years. Maximum Age : The maximum Age as on 31-12-2012 should not be more than 60 years.
