Rules and Regulation 1. No person may use the pool unless it is officially open and the lifeguards are on duty. 2. All instructions given by the lifeguards are to be followed. 3. Wear proper swimming attire. For Storm Wave Pool, Olympic-sized Pool and Disco Pool wear bathing suit, two piece or one piece for female, fitted swimming trunks for male, for the other pools, wear only white shirts and gartered shorts with no zipper, strictly no wearing of colored shirts and maong fabrics. 4. Shower first before dipping into the pool. 5. Children 12 years old and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult or parent. 6. Diving and or doing acrobatic act on the pool, running, pushing, causing undue disturbance, or any conduct that may endanger the welfare of self or others patrons. 7. Spitting, blowing of nose into the pool or unto deck, improper public displays of affection, and profanity are prohibited. 8. Animals, food, drinks, footwear and glass containers or any breakable objects are not permitted on the pool area. 9. All injuries or accidents occurring within the pool area must be reported to the lifeguard on duty immediately. 10. Smoking is not permitted inside the pool gates and pool area. 11. The De Verano Paraiso Management has no liability for the loss or the theft of patrons personal belongings. 12. The pool manager or lifeguard may close any portions of the entire pool complex for any safety or maintenance reason. 13. The pool manager or lifeguard on duty has the authority to enforce these rules and may remove any patron who violates these rules from the De Verano Paraiso Resort.
