PEGADAIAN KANWIL III PALEMBANG Muhammad Yasir R.M Panji Wira Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah efektifitas Sistem Informasi Cabang Terpadu (SISCADU) memiliki pengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. PEGADAIAN Kanwil III PALEMBANG. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis untuk menganalisis pengaruh tersebut adalah metode regresi linear dimana peneliti mengkaji hubungan satu variabel yang disebut sebagai variabel yang diterangkan (the explained variable) dengan satu variabel yang menerangkan (the explanatory variable). Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner dan diolah dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 19. Hasil yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas Sistem Informasi Cabang Terpadu (SISCADU) PT. PEGADAIAN Kanwil III PALEMBANG mempunyai pengaruh atau tidak terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PEGADAIAN Kanwil III PALEMBANG. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Efektifitas Sistem Informasi Cabang Terpadu (SISCADU) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PEGADAIAN Kanwil III PALEMBANG.
