Class Descriptions
Each class runs for a 10 week session. Cost for the 10 weeks is just $50 per class. Drop-ins welcome for $7/class, space allowing.

2013 Schedule Mondays January 28 - April 15


(No class 2/18 and 4/1)

Cardio Kickboxing an aerobic exercise class that can be high or low impact
designed for any level of exerciser. It includes a warm-up, cardio conditioning using noncontact kicks and arm movements resulting in a high energy class, while burning fat, building muscle and strengthening your cardiovascular system. This class will include toning and strength training along with a cool down and stretching. No equipment or experience necessary, just come and share in the fun.

6 to 7 pm Cardio Kickboxing 7 to 8 pm Toning and Strengthening

Tuesdays January 29 - April 16


(No class 2/19 and 3/2)

Toning and Strengthening

focuses on toning and improving your strength, flexibility and overall body conditioning. It will work all your major muscle groups including; biceps, triceps, abdominals, back, shoulders, hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes and chest. The class is designed with the overall body in mind helping to reduce bone density loss that naturally occurs as we age, while improving muscle tone, strength and flexibility. A class to TONE THOSE TROUBLE SPOTS! No experience necessary. All equipment provided.

Wednesdays January 30 - April 17


(No class 2/20 and 4/3)

6 to 7 pm Cardio Kickboxing 7 to 8 pm Toning and Strengthening

Boot Camp/Cardio Blast

a class that includes both cardio and toning. The total body workout includes cardiovascular benefits and strengthening and toning of muscles that is fun and effective. It includes using weights and exercise bands to tone those trouble spots. No experience necessary and all equipment provided.

Thursdays January 31 - April 18


(No class 2/21 and 3/4)

7 to 8 pm 20-20-20

20-20-20 a class with everything you want:

Sundays January 27 - April 14


(no class 2/17 and 3/31)

20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of toning and 20 minutes of abdominals! The total body workout for cardiovascular benefits and strengthening of muscles that is fun and fast moving. No experience necessary and all equipment is provided.

Prior to participating in any exercise class consult with your physician to ensure you are physically capable.
