ON THE ABOVE LISTED DATE AND TIME, THE COMPLAINANT AND WITNESS #2 WERE INVOLVED IN A VERBAL ARGUEMENT REGARDING THE COMPLAINANT BEING IN HER ROOM. AT SOME POINT THE COMPLAINANT WENT INTO HIS OWN ROOM, AND WAS LATER FOUND BY WITNESS #3 HANGING ON THE INSIDE OF HIS CLOSET FROM A WOODEN ROD, WITH A SHOE STRING ATTATCHED AROUND HIS NECK. NFI.
