During Hospitalization According to the patients SO, they are more aware that the health needs of their child and the betterment of his condition can be given by the hospital. Analysis d/t hospitalization, the patient SO is now more aware of how consulting a medical professional can help their child recovery from sickness.

Nutritional Metabolic Pattern

The patients SO The patient drinks describes the patients formulated milk 3-4nz a day in a small bottle. appetite as fine. The patient is breastfeed by the mother until 2 mos, but now they change it to bottlefeeding.The patient drinks formulated milk 5-6x a day in a small bottle.

Elimination Pattern

The patients significant others describe his child urine as yellow in color and had soft stools. They frequently changed diaper 4 diapers in day.

They still describe the childs elimination pattern the same as before.

The patient has a good elimination pattern before but during hospitalization the patients elimination pattern was change because of current condition.

Activity/Exercise Pattern

The patient/child really loves to be cuddled by the parents, the patient cries if it just been lying in the crib.

Some of the patients activities are still the same according to his SO.

The clients ADL was not changed upon hospitalization.

Sleep-Rest Pattern

According to the patients SO, patients sleeping hours range from 8-10 hrs everyday.

The clients sleep rest pattern change upon hospitalization.

Cognitive/Perceptual Pattern

The patient has normal cognitive perception. The patient manifest normal developmental milestones of a child, such as smiling and responding to sounds by laughing or crying.

Nothing is changed in his cognitive perception. He can still respond appropriately to verbal and physical stimuli.

The clients cognitive pattern didnt change upon hospitalization.

Self Perception Pattern

The patients SO views the patient as a healthy, jolly and active kid, and can function very well.

Upon hospitalization, the patients SO still views the patient the same as before.

The patients SO perception about the patient didnt changed upon hospitalization.

Role Relationship Pattern

According to the patient SO, the patient is the joy and the in the family. The patient always makes his family members happy.

According to the patient SO, the patient is still the same as before, still the jolly, energetic kid they used to know.
