Wiring Instructions: See illustration above for complete wiring information:

.)Extend the red (+) wire from the units power supply to the 12V post of the vehicles battery. Extend the black (-) wire of the power supply to the ground post of the vehicles battery.

.) The yellow wire of the power supply unit wirelessly controls the right circular button of the Olympic R-5. The orange wire commands the left circular button. The green wire controls the top oval button, while the off-brown wire controls the middle oval button. The blue wire running from the power supply wirelessly commands the bottom oval button. There is a short, looped brown wire. This is the transmitter/antenna. Do not connect it to any other wires, and leave it exposed. Failure to do so will prevent accurate communication from the remote to the power supply.

.) To control lights, sirens or emergency equipment, connect the red (+) wire from that unit/product to the desired buttons corresponding wire. For example, to wire a product to the M-1 button of the remote, connect the red (+) wire from the product to the off-brown wire from the power supply. Then make sure the product is grounded (the black (-) wire of the product must be connected to the (-) post of the battery). This will supply power to that product wirelessly from the Olympic R-5 remote. (See figure above)

.) This process can be done with multiple products on one switch. Each switch is rated at 10 amps. Different functions can be wired from one product onto numerous buttons. For example, the takedown functions of an exterior lightbar can be wired into the T-1 button, while the directional function can be wired into another button.

.) Repeat Step 3 for the remaining 4 buttons. Then proceed to the mounting instructions.
