This bill will move 100,000 soldiers from around the world to control the entirety of the border. 20,000 of these soldiers will be transferred from Okinawa; 20,000 of these soldiers will be transferred from Afghanistan; 10,000 of these soldiers will be transferred from Kuwait; 40,000 of these soldiers will be transferred from Germany; 5,000 of these soldiers will be transferred from the United Kingdom; 5,000 of these soldiers will be transferred from Italy; and all other appropriate support, command, and intelligence assets shall likewise be transferred. The United States Military Command will be given the authority to execute these measures. SEC. 4. Border Fortifications a. Whereas the United States-Mexico border is 1,969 miles long, a military facility will be built every 25 miles along the border with the appropriate barrack houses, office

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the "Border Security

without having to justify said demands. Outside the military zones, current laws shall continue to apply. SEC. 6. Handling of Illegal Border Crossers United States military assets are hereby authorized to take whatever steps deemed necessary to stop the illegal flow of weapons, drugs, and immigrants across the United StatesMexico border. Crossing individuals may not be fired upon unless they open fire first; if crossing individuals do fire upon United States military assets, deadly force is then authorized and appropriate. In all other cases, individuals crossing the border illegally shall be captured, processed into a database, and immediately deported. If an individual is caught illegally crossing the border more than once, they shall be put in front of a United States Military Tribunal, and, if found guilty, imprisoned for 2 years and then exported. Any confiscated drugs, weapons, or other goods will immediately become the property of the United States Federal Government. Funding The cost of maintaining the United States military along the United States-Mexico border shall not increase current costs, as assets are merely being redeployed, rather than expanded. The following laws will create funding for the construction of border defenses: a. The United States Federal Government will no longer regulate the recreational or medicinal use of marijuana, but will rather grant the States the right to make their own laws concerning the recreational/medicinal use of the drug within

technology to easily identify any attempts to cross the border. c. The National Guard Units currently stationed along

the United States-Mexico border will be redeployed across the country to more quickly respond to domestic natural disasters. SEC. 5. Border Command Structure a. The United States-Mexico border will be divided into four zones of military command under the authority of United States Military. The Texas-Mexico border zone will be named The Rio Grande Military Sector under the command of the Rio Grande Military Command. The New Mexico-Mexico border zone will be named the Apache Military Sector under the command of the Apache Military Command. The Arizona-Mexico border zone will be named the Sonoran Military Sector under the command of the Sonoran Military Command. The CaliforniaMexico border zone will be named the Baja Military Sector under the command of the Baja Military Command. The sector Military Commands will be responsible for the deployment of military assets within their individual zones. Cooperation

between zones is encouraged, and may be mandated by the United States Military if necessary. b. The border zones created in the Section 5a will

extend from the United States-Mexico border 30 miles into the interior of the United States of America. Within these zones, soldiers or domestic police forces shall have the right to demand proof of citizenship from any individual within the zone

their borders. Funds will be transferred from the so-called War on Drugs to fund the Border Security Act. b. The retirement age will be raised two years in this

country, effective beginning in January 2016. SEC. 8. NULL AND VOID All conflicting laws that conflict with the new system are hereby declared null and void
