One will be the "tosser," and one will be the "namer." Give the tosser a small bean bag and have him toss the bag onto the staff. Activity # 1 See-saw: Let the pupils play the seesaw.After that ask them how they feel after playing the see-saw. Let them describe the movement of the see-saw. Name the song Divide your class into two teams. Decide which team will go first and play two pitches of a familiar song for that team. Allow the team to guess the song. If they cannot guess correctly, play the same two pitches for the other team and allow them to guess. If the second team doesn't guess correctly, it's the

first team's turn again. This time, add one more pitch to the sequence and allow them to guess. Continue this process of adding pitches slowly until one team guesses the song correctly and earns a point. Play until one team reaches a certain score, or a particular time period is up. Make sure you use songs that are familiar to most of the students. Sound imitation: Have kids sit in a circle with their eyes shut. Have one kid stand and make four specific sounds at different places of the room. For example, he could slam a drawer shut, knock over a chair, tap some chalk or lower the blinds. Once he sits down, everyone can open their eyes. Ask if anyone feels confident about being able to replicate his

sounds in the same order. Have a volunteer do it as everyone watches, and if the first student confirms that this replication is accurate, then this second student is the new leader. Cut outs Using the different colors of art paper, the pupils will cut different sizes of basic and geometric shapes. Then they will assemble each shapes to form a picture.Let them give a title on their work. Select a leader. Let them choose a music they like for a dance number. Let them practice several times then let them perform their dance number in front of the class. History of printmaking

As a form of review to the lesson, group the pupils into two groups. Each group will guess on what period did the type of prinmaking arise. The group who has the highest point will win.

Activity # 2 Rub it!! Since the oldest form of printmaking is rubbing. Ask the pupils to bring a coin, an oslo and a pencil. Using a coin under the oslo paper let them rub their pencil to get the image of the coin printed in the oslo paper. Kinds of prints 2 Activity # 1 Which is which?! It is like a game show. The teacher will tell something about one type of printmaking the pupils will guess the answer and stand on it. The 3

Ask the pupils to bring a stamp atleast 2 or 3, and an oslo paper. Ask the to use the stamp and print it in the oslo paper. Activity # 3 Fruit and vegetable printing Ask the pupils to bring 1 sliced fruit and 1 sliced vegetables and a paint. Ask them to dip the sliced fruit/vegetable in the paint and paste it r print it in the oslo paper. Ask them to be creative about their work. Push, Pull and Lift 2 Activity # 1: 2

Tug of war Divide the class into 2 teams. Have evryone pick up the rope and hold it itghtly. Once the teacher says PULL each team pulls untill the tape of one side crosses the center line. Activity # 2: Chair relay!! Divide the class into 2 groups. When the teacher says go the first player will push the chair towards the finish line and will carry the chair going back to the starting line to give the chair to his/her teamates. The team finishinf first wins the game. Laglag Panyo 2 Activity # 1 Lets Play! Play the game Laglag Panyo. The it or taya is chased before he/she reaches the vacated space in the circle. The pupils will read the step and the teacher will ask the pupils to demonstrate that certain step. Patintero 3 Activity # 1 My turn, your turn!! First the teacher will explain every step, the pupils must look carefully as the teacher demonstrate the game. After that the teacher will ask one pupil to do the same thing as she did the pupil who can do it correctly, got a point. Play it! Play the game patintero. into two groups. Each group has a flag on their chair to be raise by the last member of the group. They have to jump over the 3 obstacle and rtate to a chair going back and tap their teamates to be the next one to do the game. Activity # 2: Luksong tinik game: In the game the players try to jump overa n obstacle without touching it. This bostacle consists of the hands and feet of the opponent team placed on one top of the other. ( 8 players on each team) Proper Hygeine Activity # 1 Matching Game You can play a matching game that teaches kids the various tools for personal hygiene and which body part to use them on be creating a matching game. On one set of 3

cards, draw pictures of soap, a toothbrush, fingernail clippers or mouthwash. Then create another set of cards that shoes hands, teeth, nails and mouth. Flip all of the cards over and have the children try to match the tool to the body part.

Activity # 2 Good Habit, Bad Habit

Hit home the


importance of good hygiene habits when you play this sorting game with children. On pieces of paper, write 10 good hygiene habits, such as flossing each night, washing for 20 seconds or covering your mouth when you couch. On 10 more pieces of paper, write down the bad habits. Fold all of the pieces of paper and place them in a hat. The children can draw out one at a time and decide whether it's a good hygiene habit or a bad hygiene habit.

Activity # 3

glitter hands

Some children only rinse their hands quickly under water, if they wash at all. But hands should be scrubbed with an antibacterial soap for at least 15 to 20 seconds, as recommended by the CDC. Sprinkle glitter on your child's hands and challenge him off to wash the glitter with soap and water. Because glitter is naturally sticky, it will take up to 30 seconds to scrub the glitter away. Then indicate that your child should scrub off germs like he did the glitter each time that he washes.

The water to drink

Acitivity # 1 Be in sports!! Conduct a sport activity for your class. Make sure that all pupils were actively participating in

the activity. After that make them drink wter and explain that their doing that to replace the wter gone during their sports activity. Make sure that all your pupils drink wter only, soda or other juices are not allowed.

Activity # 2 Water is way to go!! Make a note to the parents that they must let their child bring a bottle of wter for one week. Abig bottle if posible. Tell them that its an activity for your lesson and their cooperation is needed. Development of selfmanagement skills Activity # 1 Pick it up!! The teacher will provide a sentence strip about a situation the children will read the situation and answer it. Example: you saw your classmate cheating are you 2

going to report her/him to your teacher? Why/why not. Activity # 2 Fetching good behavior!! Give the child a check list of good behavior that they must show here in school. It must be signed by every subject teacher. Only if they really show this behavior. You must ask the cooperation of all the subject teacher of this grade. See to it that the behavior must be shown before they signed it. The pupil who has many signature get the highest score for this activity.
