Actions from last minutes Delegated tasks from previous minutes are completed. All to note

Implementation All administration pages and functionalities are finalized. Hash function for password using MD5 is done and checked. Validation for all textboxes are done and checked. Implement on Make Queries and generating of reports is in progress. We are stuck in using result generated to create a report. Researching on how to export report to excel files instead of text document. JiaHui, Jun Xiang

Current Situation Submitted deliverables of System Test Plan and Progress Report
including the Minutes of Meeting and Project Diary. There is a need to arrange a meet up next week with our supervisor Mr Jappit to review on the submitted progress report. Arrangement will be made over this weekend. The team is to carry out the Integration Test and produce the User Manual for the system. Integration test will produce test script and test cases documents. Results of testing will be shown in test log and test result documents. User manual will be an improvement of our preliminarily user manual with all the screenshots and description. Deliverable: User Manual (9 February 2013).
