Allopathic Doctor: MBBS Degree from Medical College Recognized by MCI Ayurvedic Doctor: BAMS/GAMS form recognized university. Homeopathic Doctor: BHMS/DHMS Unani Doctor: BUMS/GUMS

Preference / Weightage may be given to Higher qualification candidates. Salary :-Medical Officer SHP - Rs. 25,000/- per month as consolidated pay Medical Officer AYUSH :- Rs. 20,000/- per month as consolidated pay Age limit:- Upper Age limit is 35 years for all posts as on 31.10.2012. Age relaxation is is applicable as below.SC/ST/ =5years, OBC = 2years, Female UR candidates = 3 years, ( OH category candidates are eligible for +5 years relaxation in all categories Application fee :-For SC/ST candidates should pay Rs. 200/- for Application fee.
