REASON SCHEDULED - Complete power shut-down to service 8:00am-1:00pm power outage-scheduled all 3 generators Generator is supposed to be serviced, but is not. Tenant sends reminder email to Managing agent (1/24) that generator needs to be serviced and a couple of hours later Michelle sends email to tenants saying generator service will happen on Sunday morning 8: 300 hour mark 00am. Two separate incidences of free-falling elevators with evening elevator problems different elevators power shutdown for generator service will affect 8:00am-12:00pm power outage-scheduled apartments and hallways Power shut down on small generator will cause lobby, 11:00am-1:45pm generator shut-down hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms generator servicing for 17 Battery(commercial building) will take down power for the water pumps. Notice 7:00pm-10:45pm water pump not working received 3 hours before shut-down time. generator is supposed to be serviced, but was not. Tenants sent Managing agent an email reminding him of necessary service on 1/7/13 and he replied that it hadn't 300 hour mark been scheduled as of yet. Multiple residents report cloudy, yellow or brown water. A valve for the water tank got stuck in the open position 6:00pm-10:30pm water problems and didn't refill the tank. Multiple residents have no internt/phone/cable service TWC problems after power outage Ongoing generator servicing and maintenance (was originally supposed to take place on 12/19 - the 300 7:00pm-11:45pm power outage-scheduled hour mark). Resident was stuck in the gym Fire on 9th/10th Floor due to generator malfunction 4:00am - 8:00 am power outage-unscheduled caused power to be turned off Electrical panel to large generator at 17 Battery Street side shorted out causing fire and smoke in the basement which carried over into 1 West basement and 4:30am - 6:30am lobby. Generator powering the apartments were shut (?) power outage-unscheduled down. 300 hour mark - power Scheduled for maintenance, but Generator repair 4:30pm-9:00pm outage-sch/unsch instead - replace the part and reconfigure the generator 7:50pm elevator problem Resident becomes stuck in the elevator One of the pumps shut down and needed to be 7:00am-9:00am water problems repaired.
