    Update to Instructions issued by HH Shk Khalifa on 25th October 2012

    The #UAE Liquidity Programs objective is to end the crisis and unjust burden on small businesses and families in UAE. The #UAE Liquidity Program will negotiate and issue 50% Full & Final Settlement for ALL citizens AND residents in UAE with outstanding debts from 2009, 2010 and 2011. No creditor is allowed to jail any debtor during 2013. This is a loose, loose, loose loose system whereby individuals and organizations are passing the burden and costs to the government and destroying Human Capital. All creditors must first attempt Positive Dispute Resolution through the courts (Musalaha) followed by Civil proceedings ONLY.
