The entire facility is planned with eco-friendly buildings and energy efficient layouts, designed to qualify LEED Gold standards. Nikken Sekkei of Japan, the global leader in architecture and master planning involved in over twenty thousand projects in forty countries, has completed the master planning of UL CyberPark. The IT building infrastructure and services are being designed by CRN, specialists in designing intelligent and green IT buildings, who has also designed the largest IT Campus in the world.
With a total capital outlay of Rs. 6000 Million, the project is planned to be implemented in two phases. A built-up area of over 1,00,000 sq metre(about 1.07 million sq feet) during the first phase and 3,00,000 sq metre (3.2 million sq. ft) on completion of both phases, out of which 2,00,000 sq metre (2.15 million sq. ft) will be for IT/ITeS processing. At full capacity, the Park is expected to generate direct employment for more than 20,000 IT professionals.
