To regulate the out of control, bring forth order, and ensure that the oath to protect the U.S. Constitution, the American People and the Founding Fathers principals are not dismantled to impose views or beliefs that reflect the direct opposite of our Great Nation as it was originally founded. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress, assembled SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the We are tired of and will no longer tolerate the current direction in which the United States Government is leading this Nation Act of 2013. SECTION 2. (a) In General.___Any Section, any Title of any United States Code, is Ammended--- the following changes: No member, elected or appointed in any position within the federal government will serve more than (2) two consecutive (4) four year terms. Any member elected or appointed cannot serve any position after already serving for a period defined as (8) eight years total, either consecutively or none consecutively. No member, elected or appointed will receive payment, retirement, and healthcare or perk benefits that exceed that of a General Infantry Member of the United States Military. Where there is any discrepancy in pay or benefit grade; the lowest or minimum grade shall be utilized to compute compensation for the services in which he or she provides. To serve the people of the United States of America, it shall once again be recognized as a service and not a career. Any law(s) passed by any member, elected or appointed in any position within the federal government shall be bound to all parties of the government, not just the American people. Whats good for the Goose is also good for the Gander. No member, elected or appointed in any position of the federal government can spend, fund or pay any new programs without first passing a spending budget with tax monies and tax rates of the Clinton Administration, whereas a balanced budget with surplus was last defined. No laws may be passed or projects funded using tax dollars without first evaluating and cutting wasteful programs, removing attached earmarks that have nothing to do with the actual proposed bill and furthermore will not benefit any lobbyist over the benefit of the American People. No laws may be passed without first being given the chance for any representative of the United States Congress or Senate to fully read and understand the bill in full context. The ideology of we need to pass it before we know whats in it, shall be defined as an act of Tyranny and the right to the American People to hold accountable any member(s) for voting and passing a law they have not read or clearly understand.

Any United States Military member active or retired that has been honorably discharged will be immediately issued a Federal conceal to carry firearm permit. This permit is issued under the Oath to protect the American People and the U.S. Constitution from International and Domestic Terrorist. By having highly trained American Patriots walking our streets armed, then and only then will we as as Nation will put a stop to all this madness of School, Movie Theater and Gabby Gifford type shootings of innocent people by crazy deranged terrorist. Any Country that receives assistance either by money, equipment, personnel or any U.S. taxpayer funded program will seize to be funded if that Government or its people are hostile in any way, shape or form toward the good will of the American People. If you hate the United States of America, We will no longer pay or fund to help you become a stronger Nation of hate or terror. No payment will be issued to any foreign country while our own Nation is in Peril. Repair of our Homeland will be a priority before assisting any other Country or United Nations program.
