This new subpoena was issued after the presiding judge, Chief Judge of the Eastern District of California has granted the motion by the Department of Justice, representing the defendants, to give them more time to comply with the subpoenas issued by Taitz. During the January 3, TRO hearing Assistant U.S. Attorney Olsen stated that the U.S. attorneys Office will not represent defendant Obama, sued as an individual, however, since Obama is refusing the service of process in the White House and demands to be served with legal papers through the US Attorneys office, subpoena was sent to the US Attorneys office to be forwarded to the Defendant Obama. Significant development in the case is a revelation that the US Attorneys Wagner and Olsen provided presiding judge Morrison England with information, which was not true. they filed an opposition to TRO (Temporary Restraining Order), where they opposed a motion by Taitz to stay certification of electoral votes for Obama and swearing in of Obama in light of his use by Obama of forged IDs and a CT Social Security number, which was never assigned to him according to the SSNVS and E-Verify. When US Attorneys Olsen and Wagner opposed the TRO, they claimed that they represented US Congress and US Electoral college. There are 36 million total visits to this web site and it shows the highest reader traffic than ever before, which is even more significant as one on the larger web sites, World Net Daily, and its editors Joe Farah and Jerome Corsi have boycotted my web site for about a year and did not report on any of my cases since around January-February of 2012, when I had my case in GA, Farrar v Obama. I have now more readers and visitors to this site, than I had when WND reported on my work. What is important, though, is for us to be in Obamas face, in face of our corrupt establishment, corrupt judges, congressmen and bureaucrats, who are colluding with Obama and are committing treason against the United States of America I am trying to brainstorm ideas, how to bring a number of supporters to DC and make it affordable for people during these hard economic times. I looked at the signatures of supporters on petition. We have a total of 18,000. Among them there is a large number from TX, CA, FL, NY, which of course is understandable, as those are highly populated states. Driving times to Washington DC are as follows: from CA, AZ-about 2 days, from Dallas -only 20 hours, from Miami -16 hours, from NY -4-hours.

We can rent a bus, put huge banners on the sides of the bus Obama is a squatter in the White House with forged IDs and a stolen Social Security number and travel to DC, spend one day demonstrating in front of the Supreme Court, White House, major media outlets, schedule meetings at the Capitol with your congressmen and senators and travel back. For example, if we are coming on a bus from AZ, we can call in advance offices of Senators Flake and McCain, advise them that 50 of their constituents and Republican party activists are coming to DC to meet with their senators, typically it should help to schedule the congressional meetings. Bus rental prices are $1,000-$1,200 for 10 hours. If we are coming from NY, it will be about 4-5 hours travel to DC, about 5-6 hours there and then 4-5 hours back. It will be a total of about 15 hours, about $1500-$1,800 for the bus for about 50 people. It will be about $30-$40 per person bus fare, which is very affordable. I know that when I gave a lecture on eligibility in Surprise, AZ, 250 people gathered. When I spoke in high desert, Victorville area in CA, over 500 people gathered. I do not know how many people can travel. To rent a bus from Miami and back will be about $120 for the bus and incidentals for food. People cannot afford to fly to DC, but they may be able to pay for a seat on a bus, when 50 people share the cost of the bus rental. If we are going from Miami or Dallas/Houston, we can demonstrate in front of the Federal court/ federal building there, say at 4 pm, get on the bus, go overnight. We will be in DC around 12 mid day. I estimate that the total fee would be $120-150 for the bus per person, going from Dallas/Houston. We can stop at inexpensive places to eat, such as pizza places or MacDonalds, so the trip can be very affordable for anyone. Bottom line, I believe that our corrupt judges and corrupt Congressmen will continue committing treason and cover up of Obamas forged IDs and his stolen SSN, if they do not see people rising against them. They are not any different from the faceless pupets of the Soviet Politbureau during the times of Stalin ot Breznev. Corrupt GOP puppets are not much better than the uber-corrupt DNC puppets. If you saw the latest shows on Hannity and Alex Jones, you understand that we are ruled by a corrupt political class, which was put in place in rigged elections, they are completely detached from the people and arrogant. They will not stop, they will not clean up their act until and unless they see people rising and telling them, enough is enough, we are fed up with your treasonous ways. First I need to see, how many people can come on such trips, regardless of ability to pay. Maybe, I can get others, who work and cant travel to pay part of the fee for either older people, retirees or veterans or for younger people, who have time and ability to travel, but cant pay. I need your ideas. For example, after the WhiteHouse.gov removed my petition twice, one of my supporters had a gret idea, he or she (I do not recall, who it was) send me a link to the Petitions2Congress.com, I signed it, posted here and it went viral, now we have the strength of over 18,000 signatures, telling our ROTTEN Congress, do your job, investigate Obamas forged IDs. The problem, it that our corrupt and lying media is not reporting. John Celock from Huffington Post reported, when I had the first 100 petitions on the Whitehouse.gov, but he and his employer Huffington Post absolutely refuse to report on over 18,000 signatures on my petition to Congress. Other MSM outlets do not report as well. Our media is deep in Obamas pocket, so we have to be in their face. Please, write to me what ideas do you have, how can we gather groups of protesters: veterans, members of the military, cadets, students, retirees, tea party activists to travel to DC and demonstrate. Charles Jones III to dr_taitz, me Dear Dr Taitz, Got my last call on the matter today and no-one knows about this matter other than what was written in this article. One knowledgeable person added that probably no will ever know the answer for sure. Although none contacted know any more than this article, that went viral, most have their own opinions and dont put it past a reality. As such people are adopting a heightened awareness and those with a good overall feel (retired military) for the political crises the Republic faces have a positive mindset that the military if given the order to fire on mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, grand parents, friends and neighbors will simply lay down their guns or turn on those giving any UN constitutional orders. Most know their Constitutional and legal duty not to engage against civilians, foreign or domestic and the sever consequences if they do. It would be a treasonous mistake to give an order to the military to go against the Constitution and the Laws. I certainly would not want to be in the shoes of any politician, elected or appointed, that issued an order to the contrary because the majority of the military would quickly with deadly force turn on whoever (civilian or military) was foolish or demented enough to go after Americans with military force for any kind of reason. Ill also add that most Constitutional Sheriffs and Constitutional Governors would absolutely not join in such folly. If by chance anyone who would be foolish enough to plot the takeover of the United States and We The People (the Sovereigns) I suspect it would be their final mistake simply because enough real Americans have awakened to what is happening and now far out number any and all possible UN-American treason. Millions are awaiting your meeting with the SCOTUS and the outcome as they feel that will be the final test to see if there is any hope for those elected and appointed inside the District of Columbia to be on the side of the Constitution and the American people. Similarly, when law enforcement has evidence beyond the reasonable doubt, they have to act upon it. Not doing so, makes it a violation of their oath of office. Recently Mike Zullo working with Sheriff Arpaio, went on PP Simmons radio show and announced that the evidence gathered by Arpaio is beyond the reasonable doubt and it shows Obama using forged IDs with a certainty beyond the rasonable doubt. If this is true, then they need to act upon it and file a criminal complaint against Obama. Not doing so will be Arpaios violation of his oath of office. Zullo is not a sheriff, Arpaio is and he needs to file. If the DA of Maricopa County and the AG of AZ and the director of the FBI do nothing after Arapio files his criminal complaint, then we will go after them, however at this time, the person who is violating his oath of office is Arpaio. For this reason I am asking my supporters to keep pounding on Arpaio. I believe that recent press releases by Zullo are done in response to pressure from my supporters. At this time Arpaio is really cornered. Through his top investigator he already admitted that he has evidence proving Obama committing elections fraud and uttering forged IDs in Az and everywhere else in the country. He admitted that his evidence is proving fraud and forgery beyond the reasonable doubt, however he never acted upon it. It is time to act. He spent a year and a half doing fundraisers all over the nation, however, so far all they did, was confirm the evidence that was provided to them by others, he did not file the criminal complaint, he did not comply with my subpoenas and did not appear in court and he hindered the case and Obstructed Justice by not appearing in court pursuant to subpoenas and by admittedly telling my star witness Senior Deportation officer Sampson not to appear in court, he tampered with my star witness. I am asking my supporters to put pressure on Arpaio, demand that he submit his findings to the Supreme court as an Amicus brief in my case A12606, that he file his criminal complaint with the DA of Maricopa county and AG or that he refund all the money donated to him and the Cold Case Possey, when people donated beieving that he will file a complaint before the election. If he is planning to sit on it and file his complain in 2016 if GOP takes the WH, it will be too little, too late. He needs to stop treating every donor as a complete moron. The US federal government has strayed so far from the Constitution and the rule of law that it can now be considered rogue and illegitimate. Written by Lawrence Sellin The thoroughly irresponsible rate of government spending projected over the next twenty-five years will drive federal debt to unsustainable levels. The country is heading for a financial meltdown and economic ruin. The Republican Party is inept and impotent and cannot provide the necessary political opposition to the crimes and unconstitutional policies of the Obama regime or stand against the rampant voter fraud which is now polluting the electoral process. There is a report claiming that the Republican Party signed a legal agreement with the Democrat Party in 1982 not to pursue suspected vote fraud. If there is no guarantee of election integrity, then elections become only window dressing for tyranny. Barack Obama is an illegal President and unindicted felon. Congress, the American media and the courts are engaged in a criminal conspiracy to conceal their complicity in perpetrating the Obama fraud on the American people. Law enforcement and our elected officials have chosen to risk the survival of the country rather than risk the truth. According to recent reports, Obama continues to use a Social Security Number (SSN) not issued to him, in the process, committing numerous counts of social security fraud. The SSN Obama uses, issued in Connecticut, a state where he never lived, does not pass a check with E-Verify, the electronic system the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services of the U.S.

Department of Homeland Security has created to verify whether or not prospective employees have the required authorization to work legally in the United States. It appears that the SSN Obama uses, was actually issued to a Harrison J. Bounel, born in 1890. Once issued, a SSN is never reissued to another individual. Why isnt any of that evidence investigated? It is because Barack Obama is protected by a dishonest media and criminally complicit federal officials and, unlike ordinary Americans, he is above the law. The US no longer has representative government. Members of Congress seek election not to uphold the Constitution and serve the American people, but to obtain power and to use that power to accrue professional and financial benefits for themselves and their major supporters. All the traditional means for the American people to seek the redress of grievances have now been blocked by a corrupt government composed of a self-absorbed permanent political elite unaccountable to the people. The status quo is no longer defensible. Unless there is a significant reversal soon, it is only a matter of time that a catastrophe will be upon us, which will inevitably lead to national collapse and fragmentation. All unconstitutional and unlawful policies of the Obama regime must be opposed, obstructed and undermined. The Democrat Party and their radical left-wing supporters must be aggressively and continuously confronted. The Republican Party must be defunded and its leadership replaced. The purveyors of disinformation and propaganda represented by most of the mainstream media must be professionally destroyed. A county by county battle is the means by which the American people can restore the Constitution, establish responsible fiscal policies and take back control of the political process and the government. Patriots need to organize locally outside of the party apparatus to exert political pressure and prepare for armed defense, if necessary. No county officials, in particular the Sheriff, should be elected or maintained in office, who do not fully honor their oath to support and defend the Constitution. Fundamental to this effort are the rights guaranteed under the Second Amendment. Each county should establish elements of an organized and disciplined Constitutional Army with sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence and individual liberty from anyone who might attempt to abuse them. It is indeed ironic that the Mexican border made maximally porous by the Obama regime may become the route of choice for weapon and ammunition resupply, a Fast and Furious in reverse, capable of making gun control about as successful as the national prohibition of alcohol (1920-33), another failed noble experiment undertaken to reduce crime and solve social problems. Efforts should be directed towards decreasing the influence of the federal government in county affairs, cooperating with federal officials and agencies only when it benefits local citizens. Counties should maximize the consumption of federal resources and overburdening federal agencies administratively while at the same time reducing or delaying taxes paid to the federal government. County residents should forcefully shun, oppose or drive out of business, individuals or media outlets, which support the criminal Obama regime. Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did, and it never will. Find out just what people will submit to, and you have found out the exact amount of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them; and these will continue until they are resisted with either words or blows, or with both. Bounel born in 1890. He found both Bounel and Obama with the same ssn 042-68-4425 residing at 5046 S. Greenwood ave, Chicago IL 60615 Investigators Sankey and Daniels show Obama using the same CT SNN 042-68-4425, issued to resident of CT born in 1890. NY 1940 census shows Harry J. Bounel born in 1890 in Russia (possibly Kiev,, his relatives possibly came from Kiev and the last name Bounel sounds more like a name of somebody (either Jewish or Ukranian or Russian) coming from Ukraine, not Russia. Ukraine at a time of his birth was a part of the Russian empire, did not become independent until 1922, so that could be the reason, why he stated Russia and not Ukraine in his census ) residing at 915 Daly Ave NY, NY. He could have been a Russian Jew, who escaped pogromi in the beginning of the 19th century. In 1940 Bounel worked as a helper in the fruit store for Sam Cohen, also immigrant from Russia, possibly his relative. In those years it was quite common to pay helpers cash, particularly if helpers were friends or family members, so Harry Bounel did not need a SSN until he was older and needed SSA benefits. He received his SSN 042-68-4425 in and around March 28, 1977 in either Stamford or Dunberry office in the neighboring CT. Bounel was 87 years old at a time. I believe he might have been in a hospital or a long care retirement home in CT and the number could have been ordered by a hospital administrator. We believe he pased away shortly after obtaining this number. His death was either never reported to the SSA or deleted by a high ranking official. I believe that there is a need to investigate any and all transactions, deletions and modifications in the databases done by Harry C. Ballantyne, Chief actuary of the SSA at a time, as Obama also used Ballantynes mothers SSA. Obama would not be that obnoxious, that arrogant in using the SSN of the mother of the Chief actuary of the SSA if Ballantyne would not have been complicit. I called Ballantyne and talked to him. His responses were highly suspect. Hendershot shows Obama using Bounels SSN from 1997 till 2009. I reviewed the affidavit and exhibits of Susan Daniels. She shows Obama using Bounels number as early as 1986 at 5429 S. Harper Ave 1N Chicago IL 60615-5548 06.01.1986-10.01.1986.

I need to connect the dots: I need the timeline of Harry J. Bounel from 1940-till his death in 1977 or later. I need information on Obama from 1977. I need to see a chronology of the Social Security numbers he used. I need to see, where Bounel died and how and when and where Obama started using Bounels SSN. How soon after Bounels death Obama started using his SSN. 2. I need info on cause of death of Lia Soetoro Sabah, she died suddenly and unexpectedly before Obamas visit to Indonesia. She was a step sister of Obama, foster daughter of Ann Dunham Soetoro and Lolo Soetoro. 3. Date of death of David Obama Njedandjo, Obamas step brother 4. timeline on Roman Obama, student in the institute of Patrice Lumumba in Moscow (I posted his info before) 5. cause of death of Renee L. Abima Obama, born Haloween October 31 2004, dead Christmas day 2004 6. explanation, how could there be a school picture of Barry Obama in Kaelani school January 1969 if he was already in Indonesia going to school there under the name Barry Soetoro from January 1 1967.
