Job Summary:

The corporate graphic designer will be responsible for all aspects of the companys brand identities and maintaining these identities in all internal and external collateral and advertising.

Primary Activities and Responsibilities: Corporate Design

Work with VP, Marketing & Research and applicable stakeholders to create and maintain company branding across multiple business units. Provide creative concepts and graphic designs for a wide variety of corporate documents, templates, collateral and advertisements. Oversee brand consistency across all business units Internal projects include, but are not limited to: o Powerpoint templates including capabilities, onesheets, proposals, press coverage announcements and case studies o Business stationary including business cards, nameplates, letterhead, etc. o Newsletters and company event collateral for national sales meetings, holiday parties, office events, etc. o Creation, as needed, of media and promotions mock ups for specific client proposals and presentations o Provide support, as needed, to designers within other re:fuel business units External projects include, but are not limited to: o Advertisements in trade publications and on websites o Trade show signage and premiums o Creation of collateral for distribution at trade functions and client meetings (i.e. poster handouts, buckslips, postcards, etc.) Track all creative requests and ensure on-time delivery of assignments. Maintain archive of relevant stock and media asset images for use by all employees. Coordinate and maintain relationships with outside vendors, including printers and promotional suppliers when necessary. Editorial layout design and typesetting of printed media. Conceptualize, plan, design, and produce a wide range of printed graphic and/or illustrative material involving the necessary steps in the process: drafting, design, review, proofing, and production. Work with Production Manager and VP, Marketing & Research to assure that all media specifications are met throughout the design and production process.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience in Communication Arts or Graphic Design Proficiency in both MAC and PC platforms not necessary but preferred Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (especially PowerPoint) Portfolio required

Strong creative, conceptual and critical thinking abilities Outstanding creative collaborator with a strong interest and ability to work as part of a creative team. Ability to take direction and work independently to produce strong work, under tight deadlines, and in a highpressure environment. Strong knowledge of print production from design through final product Organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills written, verbal and interpersonal Ability to be a self-starter, be attentive to details and work independently Ability to establish rapport and relationships with individuals at all levels internally and externally

Job Requirements:
Strong sense of design, typography and the technical skills required to create final art. Ability to manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency for all deliverables. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Web experience a plus! Must be self-motivated and able to work well with company staff from all levels
