    Re: Appointment of New EE Network Leader for Northeast Asia

    Dear EE Leaders in Northeast Asia,

    Greetings in the grace and love of our Lord Jesus Christ! I want to express my deep appreciation for your
    commitment to Jesus Christ and His Church in Northeast Asia. I am also very grateful for your strong leadership
    and dedication to the EE ministry both globally and in nation. I am filled with gratitude that, at such a time as
    this, God in His providence placed you in a position of leadership in the EE ministry to bring godly wisdom and
    spiritual stability to the EE ministry in you nation.

    Since the Rev. Buddy Gaines stepped down as the EE Regional Director for Northeast Asia, I have spent these
    past months praying and seeking advice from EE International executive leadership as to how to bring
    accelerated growth to the EE ministry in Northeast Asia. We agree that the best course of action is to appoint a
    person as the EE Network Leader in Northeast Asia. We are using the term “Network Leader” instead of
    “Regional Director” to clearly show that his position is not to „direct‟ the ministry but instead, to serve as a team
    leader as he networks with each of you to develop the EE ministry in Northeast Asia. Rev. Peter Li is respected
    in the Asia continent, has a vast amount of experience in leadership and has shown that he can instill confidence
    in all who serve with him in Northeast Asia.

    Therefore, I have appointed Peter to serve as the EE Network Leader for Northeast Asia. With God‟s strength
    and wisdom he will carry out the role of a Network Leader which include:
     seek the advice of the National EE leaders in Northeast Asia in determining how to bring accelerated
    strength and growth in the EE ministry in Northeast Asia.
     pray for National EE leaders & communicate with them to find ways to assist them in their ministry.
     request input from EE leaders on the development of funding proposals for EE Northeast Asia.
     visit the National EE leaders to discuss ways to ensure the future development of the EE ministry in
    Northeast Asia.
     request quarterly reports from the National EE leaders in order to be knowledgeable about the needs,
    progress, challenges and successes of the EE ministry in Northeast Asia.
     plan/coordinate regional gatherings in order to strengthen fellowship between EE leaders, develop
    strategic plans in a collaborative way and pray for each other and the nations in Northeast Asia.

    Please pray for Peter and his family as they enter into this new chapter of ministry. Pray also for all the EE
    leaders in Northeast Asia as they continue to equip churches to multiply pastors, evangelists, church planters, lay
    leaders, the young and the old.

    Together we serve… all for the honor and glory of Jesus Christ!
