Word & Deed Update - When Mariana arrived in Bogot with her family she didnt speak much, was behind academically and she was malnourished. When her father was killed by guerillas her family was forced to flee their hometown; ever since they have lived in very difficult circumstances. Because of this, Mariana was accepted into the Girls Home at Tenjo. She receives nutritious meals daily, goes to school and hears the Gospel message. The Girls Home is rescuing girls like Mariana and others from poverty and abuse. Please pray that God would continue to bless and sustain this important work. Mediterranean Mission - We wish to express our profound gratitude for the collection taken for us in December. We thank God for your faithfulness in support of missions and your love for the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. We often think back on the time we spent preaching amongst you at the beginning of our ministry and the memory of those days has never left us. We are so sorry that we were not able to visit you in December, but we still hope that sometime soon we may be able to come your way again. Your generosity was especially appreciated as Greece is passing through a difficult time economically. May God continue to bless you in the preaching of His word and the praising of His name. In His service, Terry and Cathie Atkinson Today: Next Week:
