9 Modus Operand :-

Munger H.O cheque No. R-117412 dtd 11.5.2006 being the maturity amount of Munger HO R.D account No. 14870 belonging in the name of Sri Gauridutt Mishra and Lilavati Devi after final closure of RD a/c was received by a person other than the messenger under the forged signature of the depositor in a planned manner the above depositor had died on 10.5.2004 but for the encashment of the above cheque the SB a/c No. 1129087 was opened in Munger HO on 20.5.06 and 22.5.06. The fake deposits were shown in the aforesaid fake SB a/c on 26.5.06, 19.9.06,20.9.06,26.10.06 and 27.10.06 and Rs. 70,000/- 32,000/-,48,000/-, 25,000/- & Rs. 35000/- as per SB a/c ledger but the same is neither available in LOT of the date nor the amount stands credited in Govt. Account. The amount have been withdrawn and taken payment from the above said a/c on 21.8.06,23.8.06,4.9.06,18.9.06,23.10.06,25.10.06,6.11.06,13.11.06 & 16.11.06 fraudulently. 10 Disciplinary Action (In Annexure, if necessary}:Name Date of Date Punishment with defence of date including received issue recovery show cause notice 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 A. 2) Interim action by Police:- Case registered under Kotwali P/S case No.227/07 dtd 12.7.2007 against S/Sri Pankaj Kr. Gupta an outsider , Vijary Kr.the then postman Munger H.O and Krishna Kr. Singh, GDS Packer accounts branch Munger H.O . The police arrested Sri Vijay Kr. . Sri Krishna Kr. Singh and Pankaj Kr. Gupta had surrendered in the court . Now all the above F.I.R accused enlarged on bail. i) Date of arrest:--
