Casting of lots for ballot position for the May 21, 2013 Municipal Primary shall be conducted by the York County Board of Elections at approximately 10:30 am on March 20, 2013 in the Commissioners Meeting Room, 28 East Market Street, York. For the purpose of casting lots a candidate may appear in person or by proxy duly appointed in writing and notarized. It is the policy of the County of York to ensure services are meaningfully accessible to qualified individuals disabilities in accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act.
