Disassembling the Lounge

The Lounge is shipping with the fan assembly detached. In this document we will begin
as if the fan assembly is already installed and it must be removed.

1. Remove the two 4mm allen head screws that are located inside the lounge. The
screws are located at the top of the right panel (if you are looking out of the
lounge). The screws are indicated by arrows in the picture below.

2. The next step required to remove the fan assembly is to remove the machine
screws from the outer flange of the fan assembly housing. Once these screws
have been removed disconnect the power from the fan and remove the assembly.
3. Now that the fan assembly has been removed the interior doors must be removed.
First disconnect the power leads from the top of the unit. Next remove the four
screws from the hinge on the bottom of the door. Once this has been done lift up
and remove door. Repeat this process on the other interior door.

4. Once the interior doors have been removed the next step is to remove the seat
inside the dressing rooming this is done by removing four 4mm allen head screws.

5. Now that the interior seat has been removed detach the power cord to the
component box from the terminal block and remove the component box.

6. Next remove the cross section that supports the component box this can be done
by removing the four screws shown in the illustration below.
7. Once the cross section has been removed the next step is to remove the side
section panels that allow you access to the ballast connections. In order to do this
you must remove the six screws that are marked in the illustration below.
8. Now that the side section can be removed you can access your ballast
connections. Unplug the ballast connections and feed the connections into the
black rubber bellow.

9. The next step is to remove the upper interior décor piece. To do this remove the
screws shown in the illustration below.
10. Once the décor piece has been removed disconnect the plugs shown in the
illustration below (located in the upper left hand corner of the unit)

11. Next disconnect the Air ventilation bellows from each side of the lounge. To do
this remove the screws from one side of the bellow leaving the other side attached
to the side section of the lounge.
12. Now that the bellows are disconnected, and the ballast trays have been unplugged
from the side sections the side panels are ready to be removed from the unit. To
remove the side sections you must remove the allen bolts from the hinge assembly
on top of the unit. Remove the screws shown in the illustration below.

13. Once the screws are removed from the hinge assembly the side section is free to
be removed. Using three men one on the bottom of the side section and one on
each s side of the side section lift the door and remove.

14. Now that the doors have been removed if you want to further reduce the weight
of the unit you can remove the ballast trays. First remove the mirror from the
back of the dressing room this is done by removing the two screws located at
the bottom of the mirror. Once the mirror has been removed release the two
couplers located behind the mirror and remove the ballast tray.
