7 RESEARCH METHODOLOGY: RESEARCH: The process of gathering information for the purpose of initiating, notifying or terminating a particular investment or group of investment. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY: Research methodology is a way to systematically solve the research problem. It may be understand as a science of studying how research is done scientifically. In this we study the various steps that are generally adopted by a researcher is studying his research problem along with the logic behind them. It is necessary for the researcher to know not only the research methods or techniques but also the methodology. RESEARCH DESIGN: A research design the arrangement of conditions for collection and analyzing of data in a manner that aims to combine relevance to the research purpose with economy in procedure . It involving defining the research problems, determining, how to collect the data from whom, establishing the ways the data will be analyzed, estimating costs and preparation of research proposal. It is a pure and simple framework or plan for a study that guides the collection and analysis of the data. Descriptive research studies are those studies which are concerned with describing the particular characteristics of individual or group. The studies which are concern with specific predictions, with narration of facts and characteristics concern with individual, situation or group. DESCRIPTIVE RESEARCH DESIGN: Descriptive research is a quantitative research design that describes as they exist, taking care not to influence subjects or events in any way. Descriptive and survey research designs are used by the social scientist to describe human behaviors, by market analysis to look at the habits of customers and Employees SOURCES OF DATA: Information was collected through both primary and secondary sources. Primary Data: The researcher collected primary data using Observation and structured questionnaire.

Secondary Data: Secondary data was collected from Newspaper, Website, Publications and Internet. They already exist somewhere. RESEARCH INSTRUMENTS Questionnaire: The researcher used questionnaire after knowing the different objectives of the study and considering all the things. SAMPLING DESIGN: Sample size: The sample size taken for this study is 202. Sample Unit: The researcher considered the employees of Diamond Medicare, as the sampling units for the study. Sampling Techniques: The sampling method are used in this study is Universal sampling. TOOLS FOR ANALYSIS: Weighted average method Chi square method
