Presenting author Guidelines for a palliative nursing curriculum in Europe: A critical reflection on an

Phone In 2004, the European Association for Palliative Care published a set of guidelines to support the
development of palliative nursing curricula across Europe. These guidelines have been widely
adopted and from the basis of Palliative Nursing Curricula for a number of European countries,

formation and elaboration of those guidelines and identify and their applicability to palliative
nursing education in light of further international palliative nurse education initiatives
