Investment Criteria
Promoters and Management Team are Clean Meets Return Hurdles Has Identifiable Exit Options Has Social and/or Environmental Impact Is in its growth stage Open to hands-on investors

Investment Guidelines
Investment in the form of equity, preferred equity, convertible debt or other hybrid structures. Investment size between $500K to $3 million Lower revenue threshold of $500K Invest in SMEs and power projects ranging from 4 MW to 20 MW

The geographic potential and scope of impact
