C&I coordination for complete BTG package with M/s Dongfang Electric Corporation,China and Interdisciplinary co-ordination. DCS (ABB SYMPHONY HARMONY) logic modification as per requirement for BTG Package. Testing of I/O, Network and processor cards, Composer & PGP installation. Review of Instrument List, DCS I/O List, Loop and Logic Diagrams along with Functional description, Control Philosophy, DCS Graphic displays and Cable Inter Connection Diagrams etc. Preparation & Review of Cable interconnection diagrams, Instrument Installation & Hook up Drawings. Estimation of Bill of Quantities & Reconciliation of Bill of material as per Actual site execution. Follow of material with M/s Dongfang Electric Corporation, China. Preparation of Cable reconciliation statement and forecast. Preparation of Technical Specification and technical Evaluation Report (TER) for different packages like Field Instruments, Flow Element comparing different bidder's technical aspects. PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN 1. 2 x 135 MW Raj West Power Ltd., Barmer (Unit # 5 & 6 ) Commissioned Major Responsibilities Done engineering for various C&I packages like preparation of specification, TER and vendor drawing review of Field Instrument package & Flow element package. Engineering Planning and Scheduling of Drawings and documents. Preparation of Bill Of materials. Reconciliation of material. 2. 2 x 135 MW Raj West Power Ltd., Barmer (Unit # 7 & 8 ) Project under Execution Major Responsibilities My responsibility is to coordinate with the Design Consultant M/s Desein & BTG OEM M/s Dongfang Electric Corporation. To do follow up for the material to reach at site in time with the procurement group. Done Loop and Logic checking, Testing of I/O, Network and processor cards for Turbine supervisory system and Turbine HP-LP Bypass system.
