Win tickets to Future Music Festival Asia 19 February 2013 to 25 February 2013 Contest Terms and Conditions 1.

The organizer of this Win tickets to Future Music Festival Asia contest (the Contest) is NBCU Global Networks Asia Pte Ltd ("NBCU"). 2. The Contest is only open to persons above 18 years of age (as of 15 March 2013) who are subscribers of the E! Entertainment channel in the following territories: Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines. 3. Directors, officers and employees of NBCU or its affiliates, agents, advisers, advertising and promotional agencies, associated vendors and their respective immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Contest. 4. The Contest commences at 11:00HRS on 19 February 2013 and ends at 23:59HRS on 25 February 2013 (Singapore time) (the Contest Period). 5. HOW TO ENTER: a. The participant must answer the following question Name two artists performing at Future Music Festival Asia? as well as finish the following sentence, in 30 words or less, I want to go to Future Music Festival because b. To enter, the participant must e-mail their answer and contact details; full name, address, phone number and I.D and/or passport number to econtest@nbcuni.com to stand a chance to win. Entries received by NBCU prior to 11:00HRS on 19 February 2013 February 2013 (Singapore Time) or after 23:59HRS on 25 February 2013 February 2013 (Singapore time) will not be eligible for the Contest. 6. There will be one (1) Singapore winner (Singapore Prize Winner), one (1) Philippines winner (Philippines Prize Winner), and ten (10) Malaysia winners (Malaysia Prize Winner(s)) of the Contest (each a Prize Winner, and collectively, Prize Winners), of which will be announced at the conclusion of the Contest Period. The Prize Winners will be selected from eligible entries by NBCU in its absolute discretion. 7. The prize for the Singapore Prize Winner includes a 3D2N trip to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Singapore Prize). The Singapore Prize includes; a. return economy flight tickets from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur for two people, inclusive of airport tax; b. two consecutive nights of twin share accommodation (not inclusive of meals and any hotel incidentals);

c. two VIP Passes to Future Music Festival Asia on 15 and 16 March 2013. d. Transport between venue and hotel. 8. The Singapore Prize Winner must utilise their prize during the Future Music Festival Asia event on 15, 16 and 17 March 2013; arrangement and charges for any visa applications are not included in the Singapore Prize and must be arranged and paid for by the Singapore Prize Winner and all necessary visas must be presented before travel bookings can be confirmed. Exact travel dates to be determined by Milk PR. 9. The prize for the Philippines Prize Winner includes a 3D2N trip to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Philippines Prize). The Philippines Prize includes; a. return economy flight tickets from Philippines to Kuala Lumpur for two people, inclusive of airport tax; b. two consecutive nights of twin share accommodation (not inclusive of meals and any hotel incidentals); c. two VIP Passes to Future Music Festival Asia on 15 and 16 March 2013. d. The Philippines Prize Winner must utilise their prize during the Future Music Festival Asia event on 15, 16 and 17 March 2013; arrangement and charges for any visa applications are not included in the Philippines Prize and must be arranged and paid for by the Philippines Prize Winner and all necessary visas must be presented before travel bookings can be confirmed. Exact travel dates to be determined by Milk PR. 11. The prize for each Malaysia Prize Winner includes two weekend passes to Future Music Festival Asia on 15 and 16 March 2013 (Malaysia Prize). 12. The Singapore Prize, Philippines Prize and the Malaysia Prize (collectively, the Prizes) are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefit in kind. NBCU reserves the right to replace any of the Prizes with another prize of a similar value. 13. Any expenses exceeding the Prizes are the responsibility of the Prize Winners and NBCU will not be responsible for any of these expenses. 14. All participants undertake to comply with the publicity requirements of NBCU and grant NBCU and its affiliates, including Milk PR, the irrevocable and perpetual non-royalty right to show, announce, feature, publicise on any channel owned and/or operated by NBCU and/or all other media all materials submitted by the participants including their names, ages, city of

residence, likeness, other details and particulars and all footage recorded before, during, and after the Contest and prize fulfilment. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize Winners acknowledge that NBCU shall be under no obligation to use or broadcast any of the footage of the Prize Winners and/or their Companions (defined below). Without prejudice to the foregoing, it is a condition of entering this Contest that each Prize Winner and his/her companion/s nominated by the Prize Winner to experience or fulfil the Prize with the Prize Winner (Companion) agree to be filmed and photographed during fulfilment of the Prize, including (without limitation) during participation in any behind the scene activities and to sign all documents reasonably necessary to effect any consents or grant of rights required by NBCU under this clause 14. The Prize Winners shall be wholly responsible for the acts and omissions of their Companions in connection with the Contest, these Terms and Conditions, and the Prize. 15. Award of the Prizes is conditional upon each Prize Winner and their Companion agreeing to and signing all release forms and/or agreements and/or any additional documentation required by NBCU and/or Milk PR. Failure to complete, sign and return any such documentation promptly will result in disqualification of the entry of the participant, and forfeiture and/or cancellation of the Prizes. 16. NBCU reserves the right to redistribute any unclaimed prize to other participants or donate any unclaimed prize to any charitable organization. 17. Personal information of participants will be collected to enable NBCU to administer and promote this Contest and to contact the Prize Winners, and may also be provided to other third parties assisting NBCU in this regard, including without limitation sponsors of this Contest, suppliers of Prizes and deliverers, and authorities which regulate this Contest (if applicable). If a participant does not truthfully provide all the requested personal information, NBCU reserves the right to disqualify or reject his/her entry. 18. NBCU, its affiliates, agents and their respective directors, officers and employees will not be responsible or liable for: a. any losses, damages, liabilities, deaths, injuries, claims, demands, and/or proceedings (collectively, the Liabilities) incurred or suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure (including lost entries, upload delay or loss) in receiving and submitting the entries as a result of any communication error, interruption, human error and/or failure by NBCU and/or any third party;

b. any Liabilities incurred or suffered by any participant or their Companion resulting from their participation in this Contest or fulfillment of any prize; c. any error (including error in notification of winner), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorized access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission; d. any changes made by NBCU or any third party supplier, or the organizer, administrator or sponsors of this Contest; and/or e. any Liabilities incurred or suffered arising from any act beyond their control or for any act, omission or default of any third party. 19. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the redemption of any prize shall constitute a purchase of goods or services by the person redeeming the prize from the supplier supplying the redeemed goods or services, and NBCU assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or defaults of the supplier or for any non-delivery, non-performance or defects in the redeemed goods or services. NBCU is not an agent of the supplier. Any dispute about the quality or performance must be resolved directly with the supplier. The use of the redeemed goods or services is subject to such other terms and conditions that may be imposed by the supplier supplying the goods or services. 20. NBCU reserves the right to disqualify any participant that NBCU determines is tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Contest or is engaging in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to NBCU, this Contest or any other participant, acting in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions, or is otherwise ineligible to participate in this Contest. 21. NBCU reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay this Contest and its Terms and Conditions. 22. NBCU may assign and transfer any of its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any third party. 23. NBCUs decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. 24. NBCU reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. Participation in this Contest shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the amendment thereof. 25. Participants must waive, release, forever discharge, indemnify, hold harmless and defend NBCU and its affiliate companies, and their

respective directors, officers and employees (collectively, the NBCU Entities), from any and all claims, demands, proceedings, costs, expenses, losses, damages and other liabilities whatsoever which he/she and/or his/her Companion may incur or suffer arising out of or in connection with the Prize, and/or NBCUs exercise of its rights herein (including but not limited to any harm, invasion of privacy, illness, personal injury, death, property loss or damage, accident, cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions) (collectively, Losses). 26. This contest and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore laws, without regard to the conflict of laws. Each participant irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. These Terms and Conditions are not intended to confer rights on any third party (except NBCUs affiliates), whether pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) or otherwise, and no third party shall have any right to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
