Major activities involved are Preparation of basic process flow chart Broader sizing of equipment, machinery, required e.g. Tanks, reactors, condensers etc Sizing of utility items & bought out items e.g. Boiler, hot air generator, spray drier, evaporator etc Preparation of broader spec for major items and float enquiry for same Estimation of costing for other items e.g. piping, valves, electrical etc Preparation of budgetary project cost Preparation of overall layout and estimate area requirements Assistance for project execution: For smooth execution of project, synchronization between various activities is essential. We provide assistance for same. Major activities include Floating enquiry based on final enquiry specs. Technical and commercial bid analysis Synchronisation of different vendors packages/equipment Final inspection Design Engineering Services Process engineering: Process engineering generates basic foundation for successful completion of a project.
