It is a process through which one can pick and exchange the information from the environment. c. Attention is a process which direct our mind when the informations are available to senses. d. Attention is an essential for the solution of any problem.

It is also effect that when the process of attention is under control, one direct is mind according to the response to the stimulus from outside environment. It is also necessary for the interaction in a system for measuring full results. The ability to focus attention is the basic way of reducing worry and anxiety about performance. Through attention one can attend many stimuli at a time but cannot concentrate. Concentration The narrowing of attention on a specific is concentration. Attention and maximizing performance The focused attention is the basic need to maximize the performance, for example a person who is reading a book. During his reading he is not ware of his surrounding. Neither his other senses are involved in reading. He will observe all the topics wording of the book but actually he would not gaining anything from the book. Similarly in sports if any athletes while performing is not paying attention are concentration to the play, he will never get the result according to his whishes.

Therefore, it is very much necessary that why performing any activities one must have the ability to pay attention and concentration to his job. While performing activities our mind directs our body according to the outside environment and our body acts the same. If the attention is shifted to the stimuli provided by the mind, this thing will maximize our performance. TYPES OF ATTENTIONS Focusing attention is the awareness of only one thing or area. For example in sports program a person needs specific type of attention focused for performance. Following are some types of attention focus. 1. Broad internal focus

There athletes are thinking players. They think before performance and often show best performance. Before any program they make a strategy and perform accordingly. They have the ability of skillful analyzing of opponent and in this way they can defeat their opponent. They can think over a large number of external stimulus at ones and can produce high score and more answers to the questions. On the other hand some times they are caught in their analysis by the opponent and then they are delicates by the opponents. They also tend to anguish themselves and miss important case in the game. It is denoted by B.I.T. 2. Broad external focus

Athletes having this type of attention focus have the ability to deal effectively and efficiently to the external stimulus and are able to produce more score and answer to the question in his mind. They can attend the rapidly changing situation taking a lot of information. 2

These athletes perform well in the situation where the change take place slowly and obvious way. They also perform better when the test in pinpointed. On the other hand when the environment change and decision are to be mite rapidly. They are unable to decide rapidly. It is denoted by N.E.F. 4. External over load

These peoples having broad focus style. Sometimes become externally overload and make mistakes, because they are overloaded by the external stimulus and cannot narrow their attention when needed. They get confused by sights and sounds and cannot perform better in congregation. They also feel by watching the thing where many things are happening at the sometime. It is denoted by O.E.T. 5. Internally over load

These peoples think about so many things together, that they are confused and forget feel and achieving their goal. They think more about the pervious play in the game and therefore cannot concentrate at the game or play at the moment. It is denoted as O.I.T. 6. Errors under inclusion

These peoples chronically narrow their attention and make mistakes because they cannot consider obvious changes. They just focus on one person or aspect and forget about the other. Therefore, they cannot broaden (extent) their attention when they needed to do so. They cannot forget unforced errors, which happened by them due to under inclusion of different stimuli around them. It is denoted by R.E.D.
