The Parish Council meets on Thursday at 8pm in the Committee Room in the Parish Centre. LOURDES: The Lour des Committee is constantly trying to raise money for our sick and elderly pilgrims to allow them to attend the Lourdes Pilgrimage. One way in which we do this is to sell "Lourdes Journals". These journals have been recently updated and are of a good quality and value for money. The Journal subscription is currently 5 a year - you will receive two journals in a year - this can be paid by cheque, cash, or by standing order. Standing order forms are available at the back of Church. YEAR OF FAITH: There is a Day of Guided Prayer and Recollection on the Year of Faith and the riches of the Rosary. It will be held at St John Vianney Parish Centre at 10am Saturday March 9th and will be led by Fr. Raphael O'Halloran. For more details 692562. The Deanery Pastoral Council has organised a series of talks for the Year of Faith. The first will be held in the Hall here at St Kentigerns on Monday 11th March from 7.30pm to 9pm. The theme is Finding God in the Family and is led by Greg and Rose McCrave. All welcome. See poster on Notice Board. Easter Ministries: We will be starting to organise the Holy Week ministries next week so please let us know beforehand if you are away. Welcome to MAXIME JULIAN BOSMA baptised here last weekend.
